On referral from a friend, I hired Alex to install new wall and floor tiles and a new shower door in a shower stall. The job was professionally done. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services in the future.

I hired Alex of Reno Mano Home Improvements to spruce up my new home before I moved in. He and his team painted my whole house from top to bottom and also installed new porcelain tiling throughout the main floor foyer, powder room, kitchen, and dining area. He also oversaw the installation of maple hardwood flooring on the entire second floor. Alex was professional, courteous, prompt, conscientious and the quality of his work was top-notch. He ensured the job was finished before I moved in even when I decided to replace the tile at almost the last minute. He worked through the weekend to make certain all would be ready for my move. He had helpful suggestions, put everything back in place (door knobs, appliances, bathroom fixtures, etc.), and did a thorough clean up job afterward. His attention to detail took a huge load off my mind because I had so many things to think about prior to my move. Thank you, Alex!

Hired Alex to do a small five by eight bathroom. I immediately liked him when I meet him so based on that and reviews from this site I hired him. His demo guy was hardworking but it was him alone and so it took two days. Found it odd that they put the old shower faucets back on instead of capping the lines. When I realized that Alex intended on doing the plumbing and electrical himself I was concerned but he said he knew how. It became obvious that was not the case. Finally admitted he needed help installing the shower kit but what was already done will have to be fixed. I was surprised that the only saw he had was a jigsaw. He used that for cutting the two by fours for framing and as a result everything is crooked and shimmed. Tried to cut the subfloor in one piece with a jigsaw which left odd large gaps. It will cost a few thousand dollars for plumbing, electrical and framing to undo what was done. I paid him almost half of the agreed on labour costs but really all that was done was the demo. The door guy he referred me to took a three thousand dollar deposit almost seven weeks ago and I still don't have an instal day. Nice guy but quality and skill is not there. Not sure who did the work in the photos on his website. Don't use his door guy.

I hired Alex to finish my basement and his team did an great job. He followed the design and where I needed corrections, he promptly fulfilled them without complaint. His workmanship is very good and the basement is cozy with a professional look and feel. I'm very happy with the end result. Also, Alex has an easy going personality and is someone easy to work with. This is important when you're working on a major renovation project such as finishing a basement. I look forward to working with Alex again in the future.

Alex is great to work with. Reliable and reasonably priced based on the high quality of work you get. He completely renovated a kitchen and bath as well as installed pot lights and new stair case. All the work was of high quality and done timely. I would recommend him to anyone looking for home renovation help.

Alex was recommended to me by a coworker. After interviewing many contractors to do my renovations, I felt that Alex was honest, trustworthy and fair. Alex provided me with a detailed itemized quote after a thorough walk of my home. This is not something every contractor would openly do. When it came to executing the job, Alex was at my home at 9 am - 6 pm everyday for 3 months and if he wasn't there he would let me know in advance. I have tremendous respect for a contractor who is dedicated to a project and respectful of schedule, cost and quality. Thank you Alex for a job well done.

We hired Alex to renovate our very dated upstairs bathroom. He was great to work with and very easy to have in our home. The job involved plaster and lathe, and creating a tiled walk-in shower. Alex completed the job as quoted in cost and time. He cleaned up each day and was hard-working, responsive and adaptable. We were away all day and I felt very comfortable leaving him to work based on a quick touch-in each day. We love our new bathroom and would definitely work with Alex again. A great job for a great price!

Alex is a hard worker and dedicated to making his clients happy. He worked on a bathroom for us that has it's challenges but overall Alex is a problem solver. His work is very clean and what we wanted. New to the renovation process just one piece of advise, it takes time but the results will be worth it!
