My experience with Sandin Construction was the least painful contractor experience I could ever have wished for. Sandro and his trades came onto my emergency post flood project amid other ongoing projects and were respectful, honest, proffesional and very competent. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my best friend and will call on them again when I have any building construction project.

The company was hired are the general contractor to build our new, custom house. Overall construction took approximately 18 months. Len Sandrin established and ran the company for a number of years. It is now run by his son, Sandro. Our house was very well constructed, especially the finishing details, of which many Sandro personally completed. The woodwork details were especially well done. Overall, all the trades worked well together, had good attitudes and met deadlines. The Sandrins were always on site, so whenever an issue arose we were able to make quick and informed decisions. The house was completed on budget and we were very pleased with the result. The after-completion support was also outstanding, as Sandro and Len were always available to offer advice, answer questions, and ensure that there were no problems. Overall I do not think that we could have had a better contractor.

When it was suggested that we use Sandrin Construction as the general contractor for our home renovation by our interior designer we were skeptical of an unknown service provider as many of us would be. There was no need! This company far exceeded our expectations with professional organization, care and consideration and clear cost analysis. They even came in under budget! Of equal importance the tradesmen Sandrin provided were as good as we've ever experienced. They were always punctual, quick to point out potential better solutions and provided the quality workmanship we're proud to show off. Our project included a complete kitchen renovation with cabinets and appliances, bathroom renovation, new or restored hardwood and carpeting along with substantial electrical upgrades, draperies and painting. We're glad we took the chance and can't recommend this company enough.

Working with a contractor for the first time was a a bit intimidating but Sandro put us at ease. With a contract and detailed estimate upfront we knew what was to be expected. We were confident with him in charge that the work would be done right, on budget and in a reasonable time frame. Because of his experience and knowledge, I asked for his opinion on several things and he was easily accessible. His group of trades people were very professional an did excellent work. We will be hiring Sandro again to do a kitchen remodel this year and master bath remodel next.

Very strong carpentry skills. Knowledgeable and practical. Very responsive and good aftercare. Sandro and his team have undertaken a couple of projects for me both of which were quite high end. I was very pleased with the result. On one design detail, Sandro worked with me through several articulations before I found what I was looking for.
