When this couple came to KSI for a kitchen, laundry, and powder remodel, their style inspiration couldn’t have been more split – he liked light, she liked dark! Could we deliver a beautiful, functional design that brought light and dark to each of their spaces? Challenge accepted!
Old wallpaper, a busy backsplash, large rectangular floor tiles, laminate cabinets and wood-lined countertops – this dated kitchen had it all! The clients lamented that they would entertain more often if they just had a more cohesive space. We wanted to bring clean lines and timeless style to the kitchen while also creating better organization.

A bright, calming well organized home in a New Orleans condominium.
This was the 3rd home I have done for this client and she wanted a more feminine but modern approach to her future permanent home. Everything is extraordinarily comfy but feels open and accepts her amazing art collection well without being over whelmed. The peek into the chic powder room is enticing, and the laundry is well hidden inside of the same room.

Our mission was to gift Bellevue with classic, natural and timeless style while setting it up with impressive functionality so that it was ready to be an entertaining-friendly home they needed it to be. Mission accepted!
Our clients’ vision was clear: They wanted the focal point of every space to be the view of Oakland while making it cozy and infusing the space with color.
We carefully selected a neutral color palette and balanced it with pops of color, unique greenery and personal touches to bring our clients’ vision of a stylish modern and casual vibes to life.

Set amongst a splendid display of forty-one oaks, the design for this family residence demanded an intimate knowledge and respectful acceptance of the trees as the indigenous inhabitants of the space. Crafted from this symbiotic relationship, the architecture found natural placement in the beautiful spaces between the forty-one, acknowledging their presence and pedagogy. Conceived as a series of interconnected pavilions, the home hovers slightly above the native grasslands as it settles down amongst the oaks. Broad overhanging flat plate roofs cantilever out, connecting indoor living space to the nature beyond. Large windows are strategically placed to capture views of particularly well-sculptured trees, and enhance the connection of the grove and the home to the valley surround.

The sink area has now been converted to a large island in the heart of the home. The large island measures a hefty 11-feet in length which allows plenty of space for all the kids and their friends to hang out in the kitchen, help with meals and share about their day. The sink cabinet was modified to accept the new farmhouse sink, these cabinets were painted and new hardware installed, and new white quartz countertops were installed.
