When this couple came to KSI for a kitchen, laundry, and powder remodel, their style inspiration couldn’t have been more split – he liked light, she liked dark! Could we deliver a beautiful, functional design that brought light and dark to each of their spaces? Challenge accepted!
Old wallpaper, a busy backsplash, large rectangular floor tiles, laminate cabinets and wood-lined countertops – this dated kitchen had it all! The clients lamented that they would entertain more often if they just had a more cohesive space. We wanted to bring clean lines and timeless style to the kitchen while also creating better organization.

Inspiration for a large tropical full sun front yard brick driveway in Miami for summer.

In this kitchen we demoed the existing flooring and installed new 9x72 Paradigm Odyssey LVP flooring. We put in new alder cabinets finished in White Dove OC-17, paramount doors & drawer fronts. We reframed the pantry to accept new custom pantry cabinet with rollouts. We also added power bars, tray dividers, and floating shelves above the kitchen sink. The kitchen received new quartz countertops and full height backsplash, Amerock Renown cabinet hardware in matte black, new undermount kitchen sink, and new plumbing fixtures.
The dry bar has a new base, uppers and floating shelves with quartz countertops to match the kitchen.

The back of this house was reconfigured to create one large open space. The old kitchen was relocated from the center of the space to the far end, switching locations with the dining room. Now there's plenty of room for friends & family to hang out at the island, lounge area or dining table. Very popular for game night!

Nothing short of amazing, this custom build is a highlight of the Selah pools team. Our client is blessed with a gorgeous lake front view and we accepted the challenge of adding just the right amount of design to bring it all home in style.

Home of an inveterate collector with a keen eye, the hallmarks of this renovated, 1927 Beaux Arts residence are neutral walls and fabrics that celebrate the treasured artwork, rugs, and architecture within. Eclectic objects and furnishings discovered on world travels, antiquing expeditions, and even those inherited mingle easily in relaxed, strategically un-designed fashion. Intentionally void of superfluous decoration to accept flexible furniture arrangements, the mood of this home can swing in an instant simply by rearranging a chair, or swapping pillows - proving the most personal spaces are also the most versatile.

This was a whole house major remodel to open up the foyer, dining, kitchen, and living room areas to accept a new curved staircase, custom built-in bookcases, and two sided view-thru fireplace in this shot. Most notably, the custom glass mosaic fireplace was designed and inspired by LAX int'l arrival terminal tiled mosaic terminal walls designed by artist Charles D. Kratka in the late 50's for the 1961 installation.
