Cut Coarse Stone is reminiscent of a saw-cut Turkish Limestone. The highly textural and yet contemporary linear-style installs with a clean, dry-stack application. This stone is the perfect scale for an efficient installation, appealing to both commercial and residential exteriors and interiors. The stones include three different heights of 3″, 6″ and 9″ and various lengths from 12″ to 24″. The muted color palette is indicative of natural limestone. Home of an inveterate collector with a keen eye, the hallmarks of this renovated, 1927 Beaux Arts residence are neutral walls and fabrics that celebrate the treasured artwork, rugs, and architecture within. Eclectic objects and furnishings discovered on world travels, antiquing expeditions, and even those inherited mingle easily in relaxed, strategically un-designed fashion. Intentionally void of superfluous decoration to accept flexible furniture arrangements, the mood of this home can swing in an instant simply by rearranging a chair, or swapping pillows - proving the most personal spaces are also the most versatile.

This was a whole house major remodel to open up the foyer, dining, kitchen, and living room areas to accept a new curved staircase, custom built-in bookcases, and two sided view-thru fireplace in this shot. Most notably, the custom glass mosaic fireplace was designed and inspired by LAX int'l arrival terminal tiled mosaic terminal walls designed by artist Charles D. Kratka in the late 50's for the 1961 installation.

In this kitchen we demoed the existing flooring and installed new 9x72 Paradigm Odyssey LVP flooring. We put in new alder cabinets finished in White Dove OC-17, paramount doors & drawer fronts. We reframed the pantry to accept new custom pantry cabinet with rollouts. We also added power bars, tray dividers, and floating shelves above the kitchen sink. The kitchen received new quartz countertops and full height backsplash, Amerock Renown cabinet hardware in matte black, new undermount kitchen sink, and new plumbing fixtures. The dry bar has a new base, uppers and floating shelves with quartz countertops to match the kitchen.
