Our mission was to gift Bellevue with classic, natural and timeless style while setting it up with impressive functionality so that it was ready to be an entertaining-friendly home they needed it to be. Mission accepted!
Our clients’ vision was clear: They wanted the focal point of every space to be the view of Oakland while making it cozy and infusing the space with color.
We carefully selected a neutral color palette and balanced it with pops of color, unique greenery and personal touches to bring our clients’ vision of a stylish modern and casual vibes to life.

Set amongst a splendid display of forty-one oaks, the design for this family residence demanded an intimate knowledge and respectful acceptance of the trees as the indigenous inhabitants of the space. Crafted from this symbiotic relationship, the architecture found natural placement in the beautiful spaces between the forty-one, acknowledging their presence and pedagogy. Conceived as a series of interconnected pavilions, the home hovers slightly above the native grasslands as it settles down amongst the oaks. Broad overhanging flat plate roofs cantilever out, connecting indoor living space to the nature beyond. Large windows are strategically placed to capture views of particularly well-sculptured trees, and enhance the connection of the grove and the home to the valley surround.

The 9,589 sf facility was designed to accommodate the city’s new arsenal of fire trucks and EMS vehicles, while providing comfortable living spaces that encourage team-building and a sense of brotherhood. Spaces with the facility include dorm rooms, a day room, a kitchen, a training room, a fitness room and apparatus bays with associated spaces.

The "Fireplace Remodel" is based on the farmhouse style. With matching custom storage bench's on each side made from knotty pine T&G boards, trimmed with a hand carved chair rail molding. The custom fireplace surround, and floating shelves built from pine are all carefully hand sanded then prepped to accept a custom combination of stain, finished with 3 coats of polyurethane for long lasting durability.

Completed kitchen Cabinet, Island, and Fridge space Remodel. We used the same space but squared out the island from a 1/2 moon shape adding more square footage to it, added more drawer sets, new backsplash, original Black countertops and installed full length pullouts in the tall pantries. The island received new countertop, pullout trash bins, new farmhouse sink and enough room for 7-8 person seating. The back of the island wash finished off with 3 - 27" cabinets for additional storage. The Refrigerator area was built out with a fridge frame to accept a 5 foot side-by-side freezer and fridge.

Our customer came to us with a bit of an issue.. a small backyard and big dreams. Guess what? Clear Tech took on the challenge and created a space that was enjoyable. We started from grass and turned the space into a relaxing pool area. We completed the look with outdoor furniture that brought the whole project together. Our customer is so excited to enjoy their new and useable outdoor living space.

Challenge: Make a tilted, trapezoidal backyard work
Solved: No easy challenge, this property perches atop an 18-foot (yes foot) retaining wall with a grade falling away at 18” of slope per 12’. The tilted landscape seemed hell-bent on flooding the back yard. So… engineering challenge accepted! From the iridescent glass tile and volcanic basalt stone verticals of the spa, negative edge wall, and coping—to the smart-phone-controlled LED lighting and bespoke, California-crafted fire pit—we think we met the challenge! Beautifully, in fact. What a magical setting this family now enjoys.

Princess Gardens is a HomeSmith Properties development. Their brochure reads: “Rapid acceptance of Princess Anne Manor and Princess Gardens by the builders and homeowners has been unprecedented. More than 45 discriminating families have moved into the area since May 1955 …If you are looking for the kind of home you and your wife have planned, come to us for advice on a house or a lot in Princess Anne Manor or Princess Gardens.”
The most notable element of basements in Etobicoke is their size. They are large and open. This space had a lot of potential with its high ceilings and ample space for each element. The finished bathroom includes a clean fully tiled look with grey wood patterned tiles.

This mud room entry has a large window and full glass door to let in plenty of natural light. The open lockers make the room feel efficient and spacious. The slate herringbone tile looks amazing in this room!
