Here is a small powder room remodel we just completed in Medford. This was a very small space that had been added to the original house years ago. We addressed the cold issue by provided open cell spray foam insulation all around including the floor which had been a problem area. Along with the cold it also had a few structural issues which were corrected during the construction. In the end the customer ended up with a nice cozy powder room that fits their decor and if I say so myself " A beautiful final product"!

To the right of the front door there was once an open porch, which we incorporated into the new family room area "I have never been as pleased with the final result of a remodel as I am with the work that Dan and his team did on my home. The work was well thought out and of superior craftsmanship. Dan consistently kept me apprised of job status, budget progression, issues encountered and options to address those issues. My job was particularly challenging because I was out of town and not available as much as I would have liked to have been, but Dan handled this very well. "

Hidden underneath the coffee table are two custom ottomans that pull out and become a foot-rest or extra seating when needed. This was the perfect solution for a large living area, with multiple seating options, and the answer to a client who wanted a soft, comfortable spot to rest her feet at the end of a busy day. Finding creative ways to address a design issue is one of our collective strengths. How a client will use a space always plays an important role in how we design it.
