Mudroom - small eclectic mudroom idea in Seattle with beige walls and a blue front door

This living room was a total redo creating an intimate seating area around the new stone fireplace. Located off the Potomac River and the client being retired Navy, the blue & white nautical theme came naturally. I used two of the Ethan Allen 100" Paramount sofas with a more modern tapered foot for ample seating. The rectangular Dynasty coffee table in Aged Ember with two Nikita Consoles behind each sofa give a touch of Asian influence to compliment the benches in the dining room. Not wanting to impact the beautiful river view we kept the window treatments simple with stationary draperies and some woven wood panel track shades on the large sliding glass door to help with glare and afternoon sunlight control.

This master bedroom suite was initially wanting for cohesiveness and seating options that would allow our clients to relax from their days of traveling. We began with a color palette that was "spa" like and would allow them to rest, both in the bedroom and sitting room. They loved the neutral hues with splashes of green & accents of yellow throughout. We used an existing bed and dresser but added custom upholstered pieces along with case goods. We painted all of the surfaces, including the trim, a clean color palette, with the exception of the sitting area ceiling & the accent wall behind the bed that showcases a monochromatic wall covering. Not only was designing the bedroom portion a priority, but giving them ample options for sitting or laying to relax was of utmost importance. The sitting area already had an abundance of natural sunlight from the windows, so we added custom stationary drapery panels, mostly neutral furniture pieces, and pops of yellow with the lamp and accessories. The clients are now very happy to use their master suite more efficiently and be able to relax when they come home from long trips!

At this beautiful LEICHT Westchester project, The original design was traditional, with a layout involving many angled corners. The goal was to streamline the design and create a modern and more functional space. We accomplished this first by squaring off all corners, rotating the island and enlarging the main window to add more sunlight and visual balance. In the new design, there is ample pantry space, large pots/pans drawer storage and an appliance garage unit to hide away small items to keep the countertop clutter-free. An open display unit with built-in LED lighting allows the homeowner a place to showcase her beautiful artwork.

We were asked to create a very elegant master bathroom in this period 70's residence. We left many of the adjacent elements and finishes in place but created an entirely new aesthetic in the bathroom and dressing area. Four wing walls of low-iron glass are used in conjunction with the dramatic rear wall of Italian marble, beautifully book matched. Floors are 30 X 30 porcelain tiles. The pair of medicine cabinets left up to revel ample storage within the deep cabinets. Walnut cabinetry is custom designed by our studio. The skylight features a completely concealed shade which blocks out the sunlight completely, for those weekend days when you might want to sleep in late.

Within the lush embrace of Palmetto Bluff, where the Lowcountry's natural splendor meets refined living, stands an architectural masterpiece in the making.
Step inside, and be transported to a realm of refined living spaces adorned with bespoke finishes and thoughtful details. Sunlight pours through expansive windows, casting a warm glow upon hardwood floors and soaring ceilings. The heart of the home is the gourmet kitchen, where culinary aspirations take flight amidst top-of-the-line appliances and custom cabinetry.
With five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, including a lavish master suite retreat, this residence offers ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation. But perhaps the crowning jewel of this estate is the fully equipped apartment nestled above the garage—a private sanctuary for guests or extended family, complete with a living room, bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette, and even its own washer and dryer.
Outdoor living is elevated to an art form in the expansive backyard oasis, where an outdoor kitchen invites culinary adventures, and evenings are spent gathered around the crackling warmth of the outdoor firepit.
