We transformed a Georgian brick two-story built in 1998 into an elegant, yet comfortable home for an active family that includes children and dogs. Although this Dallas home’s traditional bones were intact, the interior dark stained molding, paint, and distressed cabinetry, along with dated bathrooms and kitchen were in desperate need of an overhaul. We honored the client’s European background by using time-tested marble mosaics, slabs and countertops, and vintage style plumbing fixtures throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. We balanced these traditional elements with metallic and unique patterned wallpapers, transitional light fixtures and clean-lined furniture frames to give the home excitement while maintaining a graceful and inviting presence. We used nickel lighting and plumbing finishes throughout the home to give regal punctuation to each room. The intentional, detailed styling in this home is evident in that each room boasts its own character while remaining cohesive overall.

Stunning Kitchen & Butler’s Pantry Design This beautifully remodeled kitchen and adjacent butler’s pantry showcase a seamless blend of classic elegance and modern functionality. The open-concept kitchen is anchored by a large navy island with seating for six, topped with bright white quartz countertops. Brass accents in the pendant lighting, cabinet hardware, and faucet add a touch of warmth and sophistication. The perimeter cabinetry features timeless white shaker-style doors, complemented by a sleek, custom wood-trimmed range hood. A striking herringbone backsplash in glossy white tile ties the space together, offering subtle texture and dimension. The butler’s pantry is a hidden gem, designed for both beauty and utility. The guest bathroom has the most striking matte glass patterned tile on both the backsplash and in the bathtub/shower combination. A floating wood vanity has a white quartz countertop and mid-century modern sconces on either side of the round mirror.

This whole house remodel included a kitchen & 3 baths for a young growing family. They were going for a transitional style with a coastal twist. The kitchen was designed using Fieldstone Cabinetry with a light-colored perimeter and a darker island for contrast. The challenge for this project was that, while the homeowner desired all of the luxury amenities of a deluxe master bath, space was extremely limited. Therefore efficient space planning was critical in achieving the final design. Use of custom painted cabinetry and carrara marble countertops were the basis for this compact yet luxurious bathroom design. Careful attention was given to the tone of the finishes in order to keep this eastern-exposure bathroom light and bright. White trim and crown moulding was used in contrast to the putty colored walls. In keeping with the era of the home, a hand-glazed white ceramic subway tile was used in the soaking tub alcove. Nickel plated bath, lavatory, tub and shower fixtures in the vintage style were used alongside modern amenities such as recessed halogen lighting, electric towel warmers and radiant-heated tile flooring.

The owner of this condo wanted to create a beach view in their small kitchen remodel. This tropical beach scene provides a million dollar view for under $300. Our client opted to center the mural above the range without choosing any surround tiles. By doing so, the mural becomes more dramatic and really looks like a window!

Inspiration for a coastal kitchen remodel in Tampa

Master Bathroom revenovated to become bright while and spacious. Using the existing white vanities, we topped them with a white and grey quartz countertop. Adding The light warm wood cabinets to each side of the sink allows for optimal bathroom storage and also a breath of warmth that the bathroom desperately needed. The large mirror and Chrome fixtures added a touch of metal to the space which allows the Turquoise backsplash glass tile to vividly shine through. The freestanding tub sits on a dark porcelain tile platform, light roman shades cover the windows and a chair sits as sculpture.
