We recently completed a stunning basement renovation in Harrison, NY, transforming the space into a luxurious and functional retreat. The project included the installation of elegant new flooring and beautifully paneled walls to elevate the overall aesthetic. A highlight of the renovation is the oversized walk-in steam shower and sauna, providing a spa-like experience in the comfort of home. Additionally, we created a custom gym and cooldown area designed to support fitness and relaxation, complete with a sleek wet bar for added convenience and sophistication. This fully customized basement now seamlessly combines comfort, style, and utility, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation.

A large but pedestrian back yard became a glamorous playground for grown-ups. The vision started with a motion pool and cabana. As the design progressed, it grew to encompass the entire yard area. The Cabana is designed to embrace entertaining, with an interior living space, kitchenette, and an open-air covered hearth area. These environments seamlessly integrate and visually connect to the new garden. The Cabana also functions as a private Guest House, and takes advantage of the beautiful spring and summer weather, while providing a protected area in the cold and wet winter months. Sustainable materials are used throughout and features include an open hearth area with fireplace, an interior living space with kitchenette and bathroom suite, a spa tub and exercise pool. Imagine a basement with a Full Spa room; complete with a fireplace, a sauna, wet bar and a custom book shelf. This is the type of basement I could get used to. It's 10' ceilings causes you to feel like you're anywhere else BUT a basement.
