We had the awesome opportunity to complete this 8ft Western Red Cedar board-on-board privacy fence that included metal gate frames with industrial hinges and 2x6 single stage trim cap. We used exterior rated GRK screws for 100% of the installation, not a single nail on the entire project. The project also included demolition and removal of a failed retaining wall followed by the form up and pouring of a new 24” tall concrete retaining wall. Location: New York, NY, United States This Loft was tastefully renovated back in the '90s, but was due for an update and an expansion of the kitchen and dining areas to accommodate the client's cooking skills and entertaining needs. EnlargIing the island and adding cabinetry to delineate the office, bar and dining areas was a priority. The bathroom was updated to feel like a tranquil spa with beautiful new tile, plumbing fixtures and cabinets. This project was a beautiful collaboration between J.Montgomery Landscape Architects and the Architect remodeling the house and cabana structure. The original 1928 Art Deco home underwent its own transformation, while we designed the landscape to perfectly match. The clients wanted a style reminiscent of a Country Club experience, with an expansive pool, outdoor kitchen with a shade structure, and a custom play area for the kids. Bluestone paving really shines in this setting, offsetting the classic Sonoma-style architecture and framing the contemporary gas fire pit with its blue accents. Landscape lighting enhances the site by night for evening gatherings or a late-night swim. In front, a bluestone entrance leads out to paver driveway and styled front gate. Plantings throughout are Water Efficiency Landscape certified, accenting the front hardscape and back terraces with beautiful low-water color.

This Tiny home is clad with open, clear cedar siding and a rain screen. Each board is carefully gapped and secured with stainless steel screws. The corners are detailed with an alternating pattern. The doors are wood.
