Opal just finished a very big project on my home. Overall I'm very happy with the project- the final product is beautiful. My project (3200sf home): Old stucco and siding torn off Wet/rotten plywood removed and replaced New exterior foam insulation and housewrap New Hardie Board siding New windows - all windows replaced with Anderson 400 series New trim around windows New gutters, downspouts, and leaf guards New soffits/fascia New ProVia front door New portico over the front entry Cost- over $100,000 My initial visit was with Jason who was awesome. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable and courteous. He presented me with a proposal and design for the home exterior which was great. It was definitely more expensive than I had budgeted for, but Hardie Board is pricey as are Anderson Windows (and apparently Provia front doors). I had several custom sized windows which added to the cost. I am sure I paid a premium for the quality of the work done, but as I state below, the crew was amazing. There was an initial miscommunication about the starting date. We thought the crew was starting beginning of June but they didn't start until the following week. After that, the crew arrived on time and was extremely courteous. They had their own porta-potty so they didn't need to come inside. They were quiet and courteous to the neighbors. The owner of Opal even brought my neighbors Starbucks gift cards to apologize for the mess (and the dumpster in my driveway). The work took several weeks to complete, but it was big job and the crew worked hard, often 9+ hours per day. If they encountered any issues they brought it to my attention right away. The crew leader, Miro, clearly prides himself in his work and does a great job. He and his guys were the best. A few days after the project was complete, I had an issue with one of my windows. I emailed Jason and within literally ten minutes, Miro was at my house (it was 7pm. I thought that was amazing.) My only complaint is the amount of damage to my landscaping and front porch that I wasn't expecting. The guys had to put some pallets on my front lawn, so there's a lot of dead grass. They had to walk in the bushes/plants to install the siding and windows, so those are all damaged. The paver bricks of my front porch couldn't withstand all the weight of the equipment either, so those are all loose. I understand that the damage is just a consequence of three weeks of guys and equipment, but I definitely wasn't budgeting for a landscaping project in addition to the siding. Overall I was very impressed with Opal and especially with Jason and Miro. If you're looking for the cheapest work, this is not it. If you're looking for skilled workmanship with the highest quality materials, go with Opal.

Living and dining room window replacement. Some delay in replacing certain items but company assured me project would be completed to my satisfaction. I would hire them again.

So pleased with a recent window replacement that we asked Opal to return to replace old gutters and down spouts. They did not disappoint as the house now has a needed lift in appearance and efficiency. We appreciate Opal’s quality and reliability in product, service, workmanship and value. Thank you!

We recently moved into our home about a year ago. During this time frame we have had many contractors/companies coming in for quotes and work. Opal Enterprises was by far the most professional and friendly. Our project was to replace all of the windows within our house with newer more energy efficient windows (we had original windows with aluminum framing. Very hard to use and very drafty). Our rep, Ryan Anderson, made our experience absolutely amazing. Every step of the way we were provided updates on everything that was happening. Fast forward to the install date and the team was great. Fast, professional, and clean. We absolutely love our new windows. They look/feel amazing and the amount of energy efficiency is awesome. Post install we had a window with a scuff and Opal was quick to get a replacement window in. From start to finish Opal was such a pleasure to work with. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone. This group is terrific to work with! Following storm damage to my roof, Opal came out and installed tarps and provide a quote for repairs. The quote was accurate, the timeline promised was met, and the work was terrific. I cannot rate them higher!

Opal’s communication was top-notch. They ensured my satisfaction from start to finish and answered all my questions. We replaced a standard upstairs smaller bedroom window with a larger 9’x6’ Andersen 400 Series.

Opal replaced 25 windows in my home. From start to finish, it was a great experience. The sales consultant took time to review multiple options with me and provided estimates for the different choices. The prices were reasonable. The installation crew was prompt, courteous, neat and did a terrific job installing the Andersen windows. Communication with the office and project manager was also excellent. They will be back in a few months to do another job for me, some exterior work. Based upon this experience I'm confident I will be satisfied with that work as well.

We hired Opal for the exterior renovation of our home. We replaced the roof, siding, gutters, soffit/facia and windows. Opal separated themselves from the rest from the start when Josh, our project consultant, physically went on the roof to assess the condition and identify any initial areas of concern. No other company bothered. This was a fairly involved process (as it should be to be done correctly) and their communication was always spot on and they provided the right kind of honest advice. Once the project started, the crews were professional and they produced high quality work. We could not be happier with the results - our house looks really nice now. Thanks to Roman and the roofing crew and to Peter, Ted and Taylor who did a fabulous job on the siding (James Hardie), windows, gutters and soffit/facia. We had several estimates and they were all in the same ballpark - but Opal just exhibited a higher level of service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have major work done on their home.

I would highly recommend Opal! They installed new siding on our house, as well as gutters, soffits, facia, and two new columns. They were so nice to work with. Staff, sales person (Jason), and the team working on the house, were all AWESOME. We are so pleased with the finished product, we have received so many compliments on our house! I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone!

We needed to replace five windows on the front of our home. After getting a few quotes, we decided on Opal because of their warranty, dedications to quality of installation, and their no pressure sales tactic. Their installers were on time, non-invasive, and so clean. I don't think i saw a spec of dust after they left both days. We will definitely be calling them when we decide to replace the rest of our windows.
