Designed by Susan Rotelli of Reico Kitchen & Bath in Fredericksburg, VA in collaboration with Good Bones Remodeling, this contemporary kitchen design features Merillat Classic kitchen cabinets in the Fusion door style in 2 finishes. The wall cabinets feature a white Cotton finish, and the base cabinets including the island cabinets show a grey-toned Shale finish. Kitchen countertops are Silestone in the color Eternal Statuario. Hand crafted of natural teak and ultra UV resistant N-dura resin in a new finish called Kubu, Summer Classics Sahara Collection is as durable as it is beautiful. The outdoor lounge chair and sofa features expansive proportions woven with a half ring profile resin wicker extrusion. Each piece features a teak arm inlay and plinth base. The subtle light and dark variegation of the Kubu wicker is ultra realistic with a natural reed rattan look. The outdoor chaise lounge reclines flat. Use two together to make a stunning daybed. Sahara offers a beautiful natural finish to any space.

House exterior siding was completely replaced. Added new PVC window trim and replaced the original 4 x 4 posts at the porch with tapered trim and stone base support assemblies.

Inspiration for a timeless bathroom remodel in Denver

Spacious basement bar with Fieldstone Bar Cabinetry. Cherry wood species with stain color, Toffee, with a Chocolate Glaze. 27” base cabinets on back wall each have bottom roll trays in them for ease of use and storage. Square raised panel with roping border. Volga Blue granite topped the gorgeous cabinetry.

This project shows the remodel of a small 1950's vintage home master bathroom. 8"" x 18" Calcutta gold marble tile was used on the shower walls and floor wall base and ceramic gray penny tile on the floor. Shower includes curbless pan / floor, dual shower boxes, frameless glass slider, trough duel fixture sink and chrome fixtures.

This Pasadena Arts & Crafts custom kitchen features stained cabinetry that blends seamlessly with the rest of the home. The designer paid close attention to every authentic detail while incorporating the needs of a functional kitchen. Design details include glass lead doors, cloud-lift detail on doors and end panel rails, Ebony square protruding pegs with pillow tops, drop stiles with inside corner radius on wall cabinets, an inclined routed foot detail on the base cabinet stiles, crown G & upper scribe molding that displays stepped surfaces w/ rounded edge detail, a wine rack with oil bronze tubes, and Pasadena Island brackets and posts!
