Andover Landscape Design and Construction was tasked with creating a beautiful, backyard oasis for its clients in Andover, MA who wanted a terrace constructed using bluestone, natural stone pavers and boulders. They also desired a rock waterfall leading into a bubbling stream. The red adirondack chairs add that perfect pop of color in this inviting outdoor space.

This powder bath is a true showstopper—dramatic, decadent, and unapologetically luxe. Wrapped in deep sapphire blue geometric wallpaper with fine metallic inlays, the walls exude energy and elegance, forming a striking canvas for the statement fixtures within. A floating bookmatched stone vanity steals the spotlight with its high-contrast veining in marbleized tones of ivory, charcoal, and cobalt. The brushed brass sink and fixtures gleam against the bold surface, echoing the warm tones of the mid-century modern chandelier overhead, which radiates like a burst of champagne bubbles. Artful details—a moody figure drawing in a carved black frame, a sleek black toilet, and a uniquely faceted brass-accented mirror—complete the space with layered sophistication. The master bath in this Franklin Estate home was original to the early ’90s and ready for a complete gut and makeover. The layout worked well for both husband and wife, but they were ready for new high-end amenities. Adding a fully programmable heated floor, custom cabinetry topped with gorgeous quartz, and a completely custom remote-controlled electrical system were just a few of the luxuries. The new spa shower with rain head and handheld Hansgrohe fixtures are perfect for a quick morning wakeup or end-of-the-day relaxing soak. A must-have for “her” was the Kohler Sunstruck oval freestanding heated bubble massage air bath, that replaced the old clunky built-in corner tub. A must-have for “him” was the Toto Neorest with Actilight technology. This toilet is truly a revolutionary innovation at the peak of luxury. Masculine Meets Elegance - Sconce Lighting accenting the wood columns, satin nickel and bubble glass pendants hang over the bar, while recessed art lighting highlights the wallpaper and cabinetry shelves.
