This modern farmhouse bathroom has an extra large vanity with double sinks to make use of a longer rectangular bathroom. The wall behind the vanity has counter to ceiling Jeffrey Court white subway tiles that tie into the shower. There is a playful mix of metals throughout including the black framed round mirrors from CB2, brass & black sconces with glass globes from Shades of Light , and gold wall-mounted faucets from Phylrich. The countertop is quartz with some gold veining to pull the selections together. The charcoal navy custom vanity has ample storage including a pull-out laundry basket while providing contrast to the quartz countertop and brass hexagon cabinet hardware from CB2. This bathroom has a glass enclosed tub/shower that is tiled to the ceiling. White subway tiles are used on two sides with an accent deco tile wall with larger textured field tiles in a chevron pattern on the back wall. The niche incorporates penny rounds on the back using the same countertop quartz for the shelves with a black Schluter edge detail that pops against the deco tile wall.

Contemporary hall bathroom remodel featuring charcoal gray vanity, chrome plumbing fixtures, porcelain and marble tiled shower in a warm gray palette.

I began the redesign of this master bathroom layout by eliminating the underutilized tub, thus, creating a larger shower and allowing space for the make-up area and linen storage which the client desperately desired.
The color pallet of white, charcoal, teal, and blues was inspired by the beautiful mixed glass and stone mosaic tile. The combination of white cabinetry, dark countertops, and brushed nickel finishes creates this timeless, yet, modern space.

How to help a young couple who loved the location and bones of a traditional home, but wanted a decisive shift in its decor and vibe to modern luxe? Begin by pulling down the 2-story walls of oak paneling, heavy fireplace mantle, and scraping out the dimly lit kitchen. Opening the kitchen into the family room and reworking the architecture of the space was the solution to creating the fresh feeling we were after.

This Irvine bathroom remodel by USA Home Remodeling combines sophisticated storage, modern lighting, and a calming neutral palette to create a polished primary bathroom. A spacious charcoal shaker double vanity provides two dedicated sink areas and generous drawer and cabinet storage, while the integrated linen cabinet makes smart use of vertical space for towels and everyday essentials.
The vanity is finished with a sleek sintered stone countertop and undermount sinks for a clean, streamlined look. Brushed nickel faucets and hardware add a subtle metallic finish that complements the deep charcoal cabinetry without overpowering the design.
A large frameless LED mirror brightens the entire vanity area and is paired with a contemporary vanity light bar for layered illumination. The combination of thoughtful storage, modern fixtures, and crisp finishes gives this Orange County bathroom renovation a spa-inspired feel while keeping the space practical and comfortable for everyday use.

"Builder Beige" new construction. This guest bath came with bare white cabinets, grey walls and basic frame less square mirror with vanity light over the mirror. I added this black oversize picket tile back splash with charcoal/black grout. I replaced the builder grade mirror with a round metal framed one. We changed the lighting by, removing the light above the mirror and added two sconces, one on each side. For the final touch, I added the black hardware, to ensure the white cabinets remain white for as long as possible. Cabinets without hardware tend to get dirty quicker, because the doors pick up the oils from our hands. I wanted to avoid that for as long as possible.
