The family room and breakfast overlook the rear yard, and the centrally located kitchen is open to all main living areas of the home, for good traffic flow and entertaining. This open concept home was begging for a focal point, and this wrap-around Noir acoustic slat panel installation was the perfect solution. This half-bath, dry bar, storage closet area was fully wrapped in the wood slat panels to not only cut down on the echo that comes from large spaces like this, but also to create a beautiful accent piece that feels built-in. The seamless nature of the panels gave the ability to hide the doors to the bathroom and closet with ease, and added an impressive an unique feature to the room. Rounding out the installation, a Luxe LED Light Kit was installed on the side facing the entryway, producing a visually striking first impression when you enter the home. We love the way this client's vision came to life!

A compact Chatham home that was passed from one generation to the next. This cozy home was broken up into a couple rooms which didn't work for the new owners so we took down the wall that separated the dining room and entrance way into the kitchen so that room felt open and airy for the whole first floor. They maintained their original powder room and family room in the back of the home. The kitchen is now the heart of the home, with warm white tones and classic matte black and farmhouse fixtures.

As you step inside the Glenwood Craftsman, you are greeted with an open concept floor plan that brings the kitchen, nook, great room, and sunroom together to create gathering places to cook, dine and lounge.
Interior design is focused on luxury fabrics, modern light fixtures and mixed metals, with gold hues. Light, subtle paint shades create a comfortable flow: creams, grays, khaki and gray-blue give the home a soothing mix of warm and cool. The décor is an eclectic concept, meant to match the modern family.
In the great room you will find an impressive paneled wall flanking a gas fireplace with stacked stone to the ceiling. The nook leads to the gorgeous sunroom with vaulted ceiling and three full walls of windows. The designer kitchen welcomes you with an oversized quartz topped island with snack bar. Staggered maple cabinets, undercabinet lighting, tile backsplash, and quartz countertops frame the perimeter. Luxurious slate appliances, gold cabinet hardware and a stylish faucet with a gold finish add warmth and sophistication to the room. Off the kitchen, a butler’s pantry with cabinets, quartz countertop and beverage refrigerator offer additional space for entertaining. The butler’s pantry conveniently leads to the beautiful dining room with decorative wainscoting. A study, powder room, and all-encompassing family command center with laundry, closet, cabinets, built-in desk and boot bench complete the first floor.
Located on the second floor, the master suite showcases an expansive bedroom with box up ceiling bordered with crown molding, walk-in tiled shower with bench and decorative niche, his-and-hers floating vanities with quartz countertops, separate commode room, tile flooring, and large custom walk-in closet. A princess suite with a full bath and two additional bedrooms connected by a jack and jill bath complete the second floor.
The finished lower level offers a rec room with a gaming focus, additional bedroom, and full bathroom perfect for guests.

The sleek yet traditional kitchen has gray and white quartzite counters, a porcelain tile backsplash with a gray Carrera marble accent, and a paneled refrigerator. The large island has seating for six and a lot of storage. A beverage center is a really convenient feature of this great room. Chrome pendant lights and fixtures and stainless-steel appliances really give this kitchen a clean look.
We tore down the walls between four rooms to create this great room in Villanova, PA. And what a difference it makes! This bright space is perfect for everyday living and entertaining family and friends as the kitchen, eating and living areas flow seamlessly. With red oak flooring throughout, we used white and light gray materials and crown moulding to give this large space a cohesive yet open feel. We added wainscoting to the steel post columns. Other projects in this house included installing red oak flooring throughout the first floor, refinishing the main staircase, building new stairs into the basement, installing new basement flooring and opening the basement rooms to create another entertainment area.

When a repeat client contacted us about stucco remediation on their home, we were happy to help! We dramatically transformed the exterior of this 5,000 sq. ft. home by using a combination of stone and HardiePlank siding. The cupola was a unique and fun project. As a tribute to where our clients first met, we matched the design of the cupola to that of Bucknell University’s Library.

With stunning views of the Annisquam River, this beautiful first period home was constructed in 1690 for Nathanial Harraden, sailing master of the USS Constitution. It is believed to be the oldest remaining house in this neighborhood of Gloucester. Our extensive historic restoration preserved the integrity and historic details of the original structure, which had been altered significantly over time. Deteriorated structural elements were repaired or rebuilt, and historic elements including beams were revealed. A bright new kitchen and bathrooms provide a functional layout suited for modern living, and use authentic natural materials that will patina and weather in harmony with the rest of the home. The new island counter was hewn from a large decaying tree on the site, and hand-painted marble tiles adorn the backsplash. New cabinetry was hand-crafted using methods authentic to the time. We preserved the kitchen’s existing brick floor, which originally provided a durable surface for milking animals inside during cold winter months. Using authentic materials and craftsmanship of the era, this special house celebrates its historic character and embraces modern updates that will welcome home generations to come.

This particular interior door model is based on the ideas discussed below and will be a welcome addition to your decor in any configuration.
The concept of infinity goes back to ancient Greece, with Zeno of Elea (the celebrated author of the paradoxical riddles which people have been debating for thousands of years now) being first to theorize about it mathematically. Physicists and mathematicians have been infatuated with it ever since. Artists, from old masters to modern impressionists, are intimately familiar with the concept: knowing how to build perspective is one of the plein air painter’s basic skills. Vanishing points, corresponding to mathematical points of infinity located at an infinite distance from the observer, are the crux of any landscape composition. This multi-panel interior door model was inspired by the idea that space, distances, and forms can be realistically represented through elegance. Think of it as an interior door that makes the room on which it opens seems more spacious than it might actually be in reality.

This once closed-in kitchen has become a gorgeous and bright open-concept space. To let in plenty of natural light from the adjacent dining and living room, we first knocked down a wall and relocated the kitchen stove. This new and improved open floor plan gave way to a stunning design, perfect for entertaining!
Other features included an upgraded electrical service, completely new cabinets, new tile flooring, new cabinets, new bar pulls, new recessed lights, and a new pendant light.

A shingle-style home on the ocean.
This new 5000+ SF home is on Martha's Vineyard. A dramatic entry with ocean views washing over you as you enter. The first-floor plan has a generous kitchen/living/dining area large enough for extended family gatherings while also providing gorgeous views of the ocean. The office and den offer private spaces to get away from the hustle of family life while the first-floor suite gives the owners a generous bedroom for older relatives.
To reduce the scale of this large home the 2nd story was built into the roof. Both the master suite and the guest suite have private balcony views of the ocean, each bedroom has direct access to a bathroom and the clerestory space fills the 2nd floor with light while providing ocean views.
The Alaskan yellow cedar roof is one of the home’s most subtle features. The bleached shingles help soften the façade. An expansive deck and outdoor shower are necessities for Vineyard summers.

Acoustic slat panels are traditionally used as simple wall coverings to create an accent to a flat wall. This home builder had other ideas. Toasted Walnut Acoustic Slat Panels were used in three unconventional and creative ways. The first is around the fireplace. The wood slats around the fireplace provide a focal point to the space and help anchor the living room. The builder also used our matching trim to cover the edged and make the installation feel complete. The slat panels were then used to tie in the same walnut material on the other side of the room in the kitchen. Most noticeably, the kitchen island features the walnut panels around the base, creating a unique texture and warmth that captures your attention. Then, as a final touch, a uniquely crafted vent hood cover was made using the same panel material. The integration of Toasted Walnut throughout the space makes for a cohesive and balance feel in a massive, open concept room.
