Designed in conjunction with Vinyet Architecture for homeowners who love the outdoors, this custom home flows smoothly from inside to outside with large doors that extends the living area out to a covered porch, hugging an oak tree. It also has a front porch and a covered path leading from the garage to the mud room and side entry. The two car garage features unique designs made to look more like a historic carriage home. The garage is directly linked to the master bedroom and bonus room. The interior has many high end details and features walnut flooring, built-in shelving units and an open cottage style kitchen dressed in ship lap siding and luxury appliances. We worked with Krystine Edwards Design on the interiors and incorporated products from Ferguson, Victoria + Albert, Landrum Tables, Circa Lighting.

This week we have a master bathroom and hall bathroom remodel. Using warm tones with the paint and "Venetian Gold" granite in conjunction with Dura Supreme's "Allspice" stain creates a warm and inviting space. This customer was aiming to remodel their home before they moved in. They wanted to create a complete outdoor living that included shade, a cooking area, and a pool. We built our patio cover and kitchen in conjunction with the pool build. The flooring is Ivory Travertine pavers from QDI and the ceiling is a prestained tongue and groove from Woodtone. The Inn of the Mountain Gods Spa Renovation project encompassed the renovation of an approximately 3,000 sf area adjacent to the existing indoor pool and locker rooms. The renovation offered a relaxing environment for visitors and functioned in conjunction with the operations of the existing pool and locker rooms. The spa design included: A clearly denoted entry adjacent to the existing elevators, 3 treatment rooms, a small waiting area, a 5 chair salon area, a reception area, a retail area, a relaxation room and a jacuzzi room, a small bar and storage space. The design intended to meld a modern yet comforting aesthetic with tribal influences.

Shots of our iconic shed "Hanssel or Gretel". A play on words from the famous story, due to the families last name and this being a his or hers (#heshed #sheshed or #theyshed), but not a play on function. This dynamic homeowner crew uses the shed for their private offices, alongside e-learning, meeting, relaxing and to unwind. This 10'x10' are requires no permit and can be completed in less that 3 days (interior excluded). The exterior space is approximately 40'x40', still required no permitting and was done in conjunction with a landscape designer. The artwork is being utilized in conjunction with the home being staged as well as being for sale. “A room should start a conversation before an actual word is spoken.” (B.D.) This style is characterized by opulence and comfort contrasted by minimal no-frills design and metal accents. The bold use of jewel-tone colors in conjunction with mixed metallic and glass accents are meant to signify both designs. The plush velvet fabrics and brass decor add to the elegance of the room as well as the simple furniture legs and open floorplan aids in the Industrial environment.

A remodel of this out of date bathroom produced a stunning mix of modern with industrial. We used modern shaker style cabinets in conjunction with industrial swing light pendants over each vanity for an updated look. The soft gray blue wall paint mixed with the cream vein cut travertine floors is a perfect combination of a spa like feel.

Dark woods and a white backlit agate makes up this floating vanity with LED lights underneath to light up the floor. The drawers feature routed finger pulls for a clean, contemporary look. The mirror also doubles as a medicine cabinet. Stainless steel inlays are used in conjunction with large format tiles for a grout free installation.
