With 1500 square feet of porches, the home was designed for outdoor living. The dining porch is an outdoor extension of the kitchen with large 12’ sliding doors while the sleeping porch allows the owners to sleep under the stars. The concrete floors and high ceilings create a cool atmosphere during the hot summers.

Designed by Brian Van Bower of Aquatic Consultants in conjunction with Donato Savoie at Studio Morsa, this contemporary lap pool with both a slot overflow and vanishing edge features the HydraLux automatic pool cover which is hidden in the floor of the pool. The slats are the Solar Polycabonate. The pool dimensions are 15' wide by 75' long, and located on the island of Saint Kitts & Nevis

A rear entrance was dug out to bring light into the lower level in an ingenious way. In conjunction with Sarah Richardson Design, a dark interior and hardly used space was transformed into one of the main gathering spaces of the home by way of increased natural light.

This project was completed in conjunction with the construction of the home. The home’s architect was looking for someone who could design and build a new driveway, front entrance, walkways, patio, fencing, and plantings. The gardens were designed for the homeowner who had a real appreciation for gardening and was looking for variety and colour. The plants are all perennials that are relatively low maintenance while offering a wide variety of colours, heights, shapes and textures. For the hardscape, we used a Mondrian slab interlock for the main features and added a natural stone border for architectural detail.

Chester County Kitchen and Bath was asked to design the kitchen and butler’s pantry cabinetry, in conjunction with Donnelly Builders, and Sue Giacomucci Interiors. Lovely kitchen remodel with natural light touching warm hardwood floors and gorgeous kitchen elements from granite to cabinets. Customer selected Fabuwood Cabinetry in a standard construction with plywood cabinet boxes; full overlay door and drawer style, dovetailed drawer boxes, “Matching” drawer heads, drawers to have full extension, soft close glides. Doors are also self- closing. The Kitchen Perimeter and island cabinetry is FabuWood Nexus Frost, the half-wall FabuWood cabinetry is Nexus Slate. Butler’s Pantry Cabinetry, FabuWood Nexus Slate. Granite Countertop color is “Truffle”. Chestnut was the wood used for the other countertops. Isn't it fantastic?

Designed in conjunction with Vinyet Architecture for homeowners who love the outdoors, this custom home flows smoothly from inside to outside with large doors that extends the living area out to a covered porch, hugging an oak tree. It also has a front porch and a covered path leading from the garage to the mud room and side entry. The two car garage features unique designs made to look more like a historic carriage home. The garage is directly linked to the master bedroom and bonus room. The interior has many high end details and features walnut flooring, built-in shelving units and an open cottage style kitchen dressed in ship lap siding and luxury appliances. We worked with Krystine Edwards Design on the interiors and incorporated products from Ferguson, Victoria + Albert, Landrum Tables, Circa Lighting
