A complete project of designer houses with modern and minimalistic design.
Inspired by Japanese minimalism, these houses featuring cubic forms, reflect our team's quest for perfectionism. Located in the area of Malinova Dolina, the dwellings are designed to be part of nature and the surrounding environment. This is why the natural materials used in their construction - natural stone and silicate plaster - contribute to this. The enormous mirror glasses of the dwellings reflect the surrounding green environment, designing it on their facade, thus making the buildings part of it.

The Devon's laundry room is a clean and modern space that optimizes ease and comfort. A side-by-side design for the modern washer and dryer allows for ample space and an optimized laundry process. Plenty of built-in storage as well as countertop space further contributes to a well-designed room.

This 4 bedroom (2 en suite), 4.5 bath home features vertical board–formed concrete expressed both outside and inside, complemented by exposed structural steel, Western Red Cedar siding, gray stucco, and hot rolled steel soffits. An outdoor patio features a covered dining area and fire pit. Hydronically heated with a supplemental forced air system; a see-through fireplace between dining and great room; Henrybuilt cabinetry throughout; and, a beautiful staircase by MILK Design (Chicago). The owner contributed to many interior design details, including tile selection and layout.

The primary goal for this project was to craft a modernist derivation of pueblo architecture. Set into a heavily laden boulder hillside, the design also reflects the nature of the stacked boulder formations. The site, located near local landmark Pinnacle Peak, offered breathtaking views which were largely upward, making proximity an issue. Maintaining southwest fenestration protection and maximizing views created the primary design constraint. The views are maximized with careful orientation, exacting overhangs, and wing wall locations. The overhangs intertwine and undulate with alternating materials stacking to reinforce the boulder strewn backdrop. The elegant material palette and siting allow for great harmony with the native desert.
The Elegant Modern at Estancia was the collaboration of many of the Valley's finest luxury home specialists. Interiors guru David Michael Miller contributed elegance and refinement in every detail. Landscape architect Russ Greey of Greey | Pickett contributed a landscape design that not only complimented the architecture, but nestled into the surrounding desert as if always a part of it. And contractor Manship Builders -- Jim Manship and project manager Mark Laidlaw -- brought precision and skill to the construction of what architect C.P. Drewett described as "a watch."

Project Overview: The Backyard Renovation 3D Rendering project was developed to visually communicate the design intent and vision for a residential outdoor space. The project aimed to provide clear and engaging representations for both the contractor and the homeowner's association, facilitating a shared understanding of the proposed enhancements.
Key Features:
1. New Driveway with Automatic Gates: The design features a contemporary driveway equipped with automated gates, providing convenience and improved security for the property.
2. Exercise Gym with Yoga Area: A dedicated space for fitness activities that includes both a traditional exercise gym and a serene yoga area, encouraging an active and healthy lifestyle.
3. Coffee Station with Juice Bar: This inviting area is designed for relaxation and socialization, featuring a coffee station complemented by a juice bar to enhance outdoor entertaining.
4. Secluded Meditation Space: A tranquil retreat is included, featuring a soothing wall fountain, cold plunge, and sauna, all surrounded by lush tropical vegetation to create an oasis for relaxation and mindfulness.
5. Lush Tropical Vegetation: The landscaping incorporates a variety of tropical plants that enhance privacy, beautify the space, and contribute to the overall calming atmosphere of the outdoor environment.
Project Goals: The main goals of the project were to:
• Visualize the backyard renovation to gain approval from the homeowner’s association.
• Facilitate collaboration with the contractor by providing detailed renderings.
• Create an aesthetically appealing and functional outdoor living space that meets the lifestyle needs of the homeowners.
The 3D renderings successfully encapsulated the vision for the backyard renovation, presenting a harmonious blend of design and functionality. The visualizations served as a critical tool in moving forward with the project, ensuring clarity in communication and direction for all stakeholders involved.

This bright kitchen features gorgeous white UltraCraft cabinetry and natural wood floors. The island countertop is Mont Blanc honed quartzite with a build-up edge treatment. The manufacture of a CONCRETE front demands much know-how and craftsman’s skill. Fine concrete is manually applied with aspatula to a lacquered MDF -panel. This produces an authentic, unique surface appearance with subtly changing spatula textures.Differently refracted light further brings the front to life. A matt lacquer seal makes the front very durable and gives it a silky feel.Three melange-like iridescent colours contribute to the wide design range in the LEICHT Collection 2015. There is a choice of a light (manhattan), a darker (brasilia) and a rusty tinted grey (le havre).

This well-organized garage provides enough room to build, fix, and play with features that allow easy access to every organized item.

Sleek appliances and flat panel cabinets contribute to this contemporary west coast kitchen. Herringbone lay tile for the backsplash add a fun contrasting element to this space.

A custom hand-tufted carpet in the Athena pattern from the Charles Allen Collection simultaneously accentuates the straight lines of the furnishings and contributes a bold and irregular pattern to the dining area of an apartment by CAD International.

We helped our clients envision a new furniture layout which brings life to this Family Room! The hardwood flooring already contributed warmth and character, so we sought to match it when selecting the flooring for the rest of the Main Level. Our team also swapped the original white floating shelf over the fireplace with a new rustic wood piece that continues the tones and texture of the flooring, and coordinates with the new floating desk in the Kitchen.
