Wide-plank maple flooring, honed granite countertops, and a matte-glazed subway tile backsplash all contribute to the project’s overall sense of restfulness and informality.

Behold the massive corner Jacuzzi tub that once dominated the primary bathroom. While it may have been a luxurious feature in its time, the tub now feels out of place and impractical, taking up valuable space and contributing to the overall cramped and dated appearance of the room

This stunning home is a historic renovation in Santa Fe. The structure was nearly burned to the ground. The home is located in a significant contributing historic area of Santa Fe and the original architectural details had to be recreated. We blended classic and modern/contemporary elements to create this historic-chic living space.

A restrained palette contributes to an understated elegance that is emblematic of the Craftsman aesthetic. Details include period-appropriate tile work and plumbing fixtures, polished nickel wall sconces, a reproduction medicine cabinet of quarter-sawn oak, and cheery yellow paint.

Before: The original kitchen felt dated and confined by its intrusive peninsula. Builder-grade cabinets offered little storage, the awkward split sink disrupted workflow, and outdated square tile surfaces contributed to the cramped and uninviting feel. With small appliances scattered across limited counter space and dim lighting throughout, our client struggled to make the space functional for daily use.

Brushed Aluminum frames with multiple Ecoresin inserts contribute to the contemporary look and add a pop of color.

This residence located in the suburban Memorial area represents exquisitely the objectives our brand sets forth for modern residential kitchens and baths. We aim to achieve the fresh and sophisticated appearance contemporary interior architecture is commonly known for as well as the intimate and welcoming emotion wood contributes to the atmosphere of a room by implementing a strong contrast between the mixture of the dark wood and white lacquer cabinets.

The two sofas have been reupholstered in an off white linen fabric accented by the cobalt blue and aqua pillows in a more modern print. The oval coffee table is a "Taracea" inlaid wooden and glass table that sits on a navy antique oriental rug. The two lighter rattan accent chairs also reupholstered in blue and white contribute to a more tropical less formal look.

Situated near the water in Old Greenwich, this landscape style fits in with a more natural and relaxed look. The landscape appears to come alive when the grasses and tall perennials sway in the ocean breezes. And long blooming hydrangeas and roses contribute intense color hues throughout the summer.

We’ve given the Palisades Apartment Complex brand new common areas for its residents and staff to enjoy. After a total remodel, the party room and office area have been redesigned (these two spaces were flipped, as we described in an earlier post) and the pool area, bathrooms and exercise room also have a new, upscale look.
In the party room, the new carpet with its fun, bold pattern, (also featured in an earlier post) furniture, wallcoverings and fabrics all contribute to a contemporary, fun space. Special attention was placed on the bar area, which makes a statement with its unique textured metal panels – a feature we shared on our facebook page while the design was in progress. That statement is echoed by the etched metal pieces behind the bar.
The new seating area makes an inviting place to linger. All the party room furniture, including barstools and tables, is easy to move, making the space versatile. The fireplace adds warmth and ambiance. It’s conveniently built-in, along with the flat-screen TV above it. Wallcoverings contribute to the comfortable feel in the room, as well as adding protection for the walls.
Contemporary and fun artwork in the pool area coordinates with the other updates in the complex, as does the design of the office reception area.
