When our clients moved into their already built home they decided to live in it for a while before making any changes. Once they were settled they decided to hire us as their interior designers to renovate and redesign various spaces of their home. As they selected the spaces to be renovated they expressed a strong need for storage and customization. They allowed us to design every detail as well as oversee the entire construction process directing our team of skilled craftsmen. One of our favorite additions was the black charred wood cladding in the family room to camouflage the flat screen TV when it’s not in use. Not only does it ground the space but it adds a textural detail you don’t find every day. A dramatic upstairs addition to a simple 1950’s tract house provided much need space a growing family and a much appreciated transformation for a changing community. Some persuasion was needed to convince planning authorities that a curved roof was actually compatible with the neighborhood, yet the final home and front porch nestles comfortably under a towering redwood. Beach style guest bedroom photo in Boston with white walls

Our clients wanted to add on to their 1950's ranch house, but weren't sure whether to go up or out. We convinced them to go out, adding a Primary Suite addition with bathroom, walk-in closet, and spacious Bedroom with vaulted ceiling. To connect the addition with the main house, we provided plenty of light and a built-in bookshelf with detailed pendant at the end of the hall. The clients' style was decidedly peaceful, so we created a wet-room with green glass tile, a door to a small private garden, and a large fir slider door from the bedroom to a spacious deck. We also used Yakisugi siding on the exterior, adding depth and warmth to the addition. Our clients love using the tub while looking out on their private paradise!

KuDa Photography Complete kitchen remodel in a Craftsman style with very rich wood tones and clean painted upper cabinets. White Caesarstone countertops add a lot of light to the space as well as the new back door leading to the back yard.

A vestibule of 9 arching groin vaults each with its own delicate arabesquery enhancing and exciting your passage through to the other side. The background was first aged with a subtley applied hand-finish and the arabesquery was then handpainted in a similar manner to reveal a convincing, antiquated, fresco-like result.
