This kitchen was redesigned to include a large, multi-level island that replaced the dining table. With seating for five, the new island includes plenty of room for dining, storage and food prep. New maple cabinets with cashmere stain are topped with flint black quartz. Solid glass tile is mixed with a glass and stone mix mosaic throughout the kitchen's backsplash. Angled power strips and switchs are concealed beneath upper cabinets giving the backsplash a clean look. Careful discussions about how the homeowners use the space resulted in amenities like a pull-out spice rack, pull-out shelves in lower cabinets, concealed waste/recycling containers, and USB outlets in the drop zone/beverage center. Deck - deck idea in San Diego

This 35 year old country home in North Langley, BC was completely outdated and felt crowded to the client. The kitchen was a mere 150 square feet, which didn't bode well with the fact that the owners love to cook! Versa transformed this space into a modern, spacious home with our client's dream kitchen at it's core. This year they are excited to host Christmas dinners on 256th Street! Renovations included: Removal of all walls in old kitchen to open up the space Installation of high-end appliances New paint throughout the house Installed gorgeous hardwood flooring Added recessed pot lights to ceilings

Built in 1896, the original site of the Baldwin Piano warehouse was transformed into several turn-of-the-century residential spaces in the heart of Downtown Denver. The building is the last remaining structure in Downtown Denver with a cast-iron facade. HouseHome was invited to take on a poorly designed loft and transform it into a luxury Airbnb rental. Since this building has such a dense history, it was our mission to bring the focus back onto the unique features, such as the original brick, large windows, and unique architecture. Our client wanted the space to be transformed into a luxury, unique Airbnb for world travelers and tourists hoping to experience the history and art of the Denver scene. We went with a modern, clean-lined design with warm brick, moody black tones, and pops of green and white, all tied together with metal accents. The high-contrast black ceiling is the wow factor in this design, pushing the envelope to create a completely unique space. Other added elements in this loft are the modern, high-gloss kitchen cabinetry, the concrete tile backsplash, and the unique multi-use space in the Living Room. Truly a dream rental that perfectly encapsulates the trendy, historical personality of the Denver area.

An elegant master bedroom that was designed for luxury and relaxation with a large fireplace and expansive views of the city and mountain landscapes. Above the bed we lowered the ceiling creating a soffit to integrate reading lights and suspended multi-pendants suspended over the custom floating walnut nightstands. Behind the bed is a deep shimmery blue textured wallpaper. Custom floor to ceiling draperies and sheers cover the large sliders that lead out to the large deck with lounge chairs.
