We decided to position the fire pit seating area in the only shady corner of the back yard. The flagstones surrounded by Dymondia groundcover lead you through the trellis soon to be covered with Bougainvillea vines into this cozy, colorful, outdoor 'room.' The owners chose comfortable swivel chairs and a fire table to relax and entertain in.

Witness the metamorphosis of this once-overgrown haven into a harmonious blend of functionality and style—a transformed retreat where space is utilized to its fullest potential.

Situated above Lake Hollywood, this expansive terrace was part of a masterplan for the property. It is composed of simple, elegantly-balanced elements that link together to offer the clients a range of pastimes to enjoy with friends and family.
