A description of the homeowners and space from Linnzy, the Presidential Pools, Spas & Patio designer who worked on this project:
"The homeowners can be described as an active family of three boys. They tend to host family and friends and wanted a space that could fill their large backyard and yet be functional for the kids and adults. The contemporary straight lines of the pool match the interior of the house giving them a resort feel in the very own backyard! The large pergola is a perfect area to cool off in the shade while enjoying a large outdoor kitchen as well as an oversized fire pit for the cooler nights and roasting marshmallows. They wanted a wow factor as the pool is the main focal point from the living room, and the oversized wall and rain sheer did the trick!"

This master bathroom renovation features a walk-in shower complete with a shower bench and a large, rectangular niche, a soaking tub with a new wall mount faucet, a newly placed toilet with a glass shelf behind it, a white double sink vanity with a marble countertop, and white and pale blue paint. This master bathroom now exudes a spacious, open, and clean feel, ideal for these homeowners.
Other additions to this bathroom include recessed lighting, new high-pressure exhaust fan, new 16’x16 tile’ flooring and up wall bath tub backsplash, medicine cabinet, and skylight.

"We have remodeled our kitchen previously with Taylor Pro, and we were so delighted we booked Kerry again to do our bathroom. Most major remodels are a few weeks of construction h***, and this was no exception, but Kerry kept the focus on the schedule and the results. The project was planned for 6 weeks and all work (except punch list) was completed in 7. The result is wonderful! We are delighted with the beauty and functionality of our bathrooms, and we receive complements from our friends. When I showed construction photos to friends at work, some who knew the business praised our constructor and his subs, saying the work was done right and he knows his stuff.
Description of work:
Major remodel of master bathroom. Changed floor plan, moving fixtures to other side. Removed 3 doors (!) from old bathroom and added one door, turning a shared mess into a high end master bath. Added a powder room."

Elegant children's bathroom with some charming coastal accents. The highlight of the room would have to be the octopus wall hook from Anthropologie that was the inspiration for the theme.

A young family moving from NYC to their first house in Westchester County found this spacious colonial in Mt. Kisco New York. With sweeping lawns and total privacy, the home offered the perfect setting for raising their family. The dated kitchen was gutted but did not require any additional square footage to accommodate a new, classic white kitchen with polished nickel hardware and gold toned pendant lanterns. 2 dishwashers flank the large sink on either side, with custom waste and recycling storage under the sink. Background/description: The house was built in 1908, my clients are only the 3rd owners of the house. The prior owner lived there from 1940s until she died at age of 98! The old home had loads of character and charm but was in pretty bad condition and desperately needed updates. The clients purchased the home a few years ago and did some work before they moved in (roof, HVAC, electrical) but decided to live in the house for a 6 months or so before embarking on the next renovation phase. I had worked with the clients previously on the wife's office space and a few projects in a previous home including the nursery design for their first child so they reached out when they were ready to start thinking about the interior renovations. The goal was to respect and enhance the historic architecture of the home but make the spaces more functional for this couple with two small kids. Clients were open to color and some more bold/unexpected design choices. The design style is updated traditional with some eclectic elements. An early design decision was to incorporate a dark colored french range which would be the focal point of the kitchen and to do dark high gloss lacquered cabinets in the adjacent coffee bar, and we ultimately went with dark green.

This is vertical board fence built with 1x6 cedar tongue and groove boards with an arched accent board just below the cap. this fence also uses all 6x6 posts with cedar Newport post caps. Its a means to get full privacy and looks beautiful while doing so.
