This Newburyport, MA basement renovation highlights a custom wood handrail detail along the staircase. The smoothly curved profile and natural wood finish add warmth and craftsmanship, while sturdy metal brackets provide subtle contrast and support. Paired with soft wall tones and carpeted steps, the detail enhances both the function and aesthetic of the stairway, reflecting thoughtful attention to finish work throughout the project.
