To create a luxurious showering experience and as though you were being bathed by rain from the clouds high above, a large 16 inch rain shower was set up inside the skylight well.

To create a colonial outdoor living space, we gut renovated this patio, incorporating heated bluestones, a custom traditional fireplace and bespoke furniture. The space was divided into three distinct zones for cooking, dining, and lounging. Firing up the built-in gas grill or a relaxing by the fireplace, this space brings the inside out.

The inspiration for the Cosse sofa is comfort. Soft, welcoming contours, a soft, delicate, all-enveloping form which floats above the ground, sustained by a fine beech structure in a choice of finishes, or in 1'' (25 mm) square-section tubular steel in an Epoxy satin bronze finish. The remarkable comfort of the seat, achieved thanks to its elastic-webbed suspension, contributes to this feeling of comfort and lightness. One will also note those little details which, as always with our collection, serve to add to the sumptuousness of the model : the meanders of the armrest, for example, and the resulting difficulty of upholstering these, or the extreme slimness of the solid wood or steel legs.

A fun, hip kitchen with a mid-century modern vibe. The homeowners wanted a kitchen to make them happy. We think you can't help but smile!

This busy family wanted to update the main floor of their two-story house. They loved the area but wanted to have a fresher contemporary feel in their home. It all started with the kitchen. We redesigned this, added a big island, and changed flooring, lighting, some furnishings, and wall decor. We also added some architectural detailing in the front hallway. They got a new look without having to move!

Engineered Flooring- Sometimes called composite wood, engineered wood differs from hardwood in that it is a veneer of hardwood on top of several wood layers underneath. It is proceed or machined to have a specific look and feel, and typically comes pre-laminated.
PROS: Can be ideal for below grade installation (basement) as it is much more resistant to the affects of moisture then hardwood. Extremely fast installation. Can be installed over any sub flooring type (padding, concrete) with relative ease.
CONS: Quality and durability can very greatly according to brand, and there are limited refinishing options available as engineered wood can typically only be sanded and refinished once. Edges of the panels lack a finish and can fray and allow water in. Does not last as long as real hardwood.

Laminate Flooring- Also known as floating wood tile is a relative newcomer to household flooring. Composed of a synthetic material that stimulates a wood (or sometimes stone) appearance, which is then laminated.
PROS: Extremely simple installation, some laminate tiles have a T&G (tongue and groove) system, which locks into place and eliminates the need for adhesive. Stain resistant, easy to relapse, easy to clean, very hygienic.
CONS: Hard underfoot, synthetic is not genuine wood and as such it cannot be sanded or refinished. Can also be very slippery when wet (though slip resistant layers are available) shows scuff marks.
