This laundry/utility room was updated for an elderly couple who were resistant to change and insisted some things be replaced exactly. Ultracraft Cabinetry allowed us to create a custom blind corner cabinet to hold brooms and cleaning supplies.

This was a project at a beautiful home nestled in the woods of Toro Canyon. Our brief was to create integrate the design into the existing style of the home. The result: beautiful and super-functional primary bathroom with two water closets and a zero-entry shower perfect for our elderly client. Custom vanities of rift oak and brass hardware.

The client wanted to open up the bathroom by removing walls that compartmentalized the shower and toilet area. The oversized shower was essential for the elderly clients, as well as a bench seat with hand shower. Contrasting texture of the wall tile to the patterned forties floor tile gives touches of the transitional design aesthetic.
