For this driveway remodel, we used Angelus Courtyard Pavers in the color Gray Charcoal with a 6x9 border in Solid Charcoal. This paving stone was selected to complement and enhance the existing style of the house by using a clean and contemporary design.

Executed as a remodel/addition to an existing residence, the design for this home captures 360 degree views from the coast line to downtown San Diego. The modern style, with corner windows and pocketing doors enhances the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces by creating seamless transitions from living space to functional exterior spaces. The great room opens up to an infinity pool further enhancing the relationship to the outdoor and the ocean beyond. A detached garage and bonus flex space take full advantage of available height and square footage allowances. The end result is a contemporary design that any family can enjoy.

The new addition to a 1930's cottage in Nashville, TN, provided 1 level living for the clients. Using the clients existing furniture, the room was given a luxurious but comfortable and casual feel,with linen drapery with a tailored contrast linen band. The bed skirt was given the same treatment as the draperies. Note the darker gray piping detail between the contrasting banding and the skirt fabric. KITCHEN REFRESH project recently completed in Highland Park - To keep costs down our designers retained the existing perimeter cabinets, sprayed and modified them, replaced the island and pantry cabinetry to enhance functionality & storage, installed new fixtures, finishes and countertops to completely transform this once dated kitchen.

The existing pool deck, driveway, and all plantings were completely renovated at this beachside home. A permeable pool patio and driveway solved drainage issues and modernized the feel of the landscape. Trees were added to to enhance privacy and the gardens were completely re-done with perennials that thrive near the salt air.

A custom designed gazebo type structure was designed to enhance the exterior appearance of an existing "developer" home and its connection to the backyard. This new Pavilion / "Outdoor Room” features low stone walls and a fireplace, a unique pattern of columns, an upper cupola, and custom lighting.
