The best of past and present architectural styles combine in this welcoming, farmhouse-inspired design. Clad in low-maintenance siding, the distinctive exterior has plenty of street appeal, with its columned porch, multiple gables, shutters and interesting roof lines. Other exterior highlights included trusses over the garage doors, horizontal lap siding and brick and stone accents. The interior is equally impressive, with an open floor plan that accommodates today’s family and modern lifestyles. An eight-foot covered porch leads into a large foyer and a powder room. An important architectural statement must be filled with moments of equal yet subtle majesty. In a house defined by angularity, we brought the symphony of lines inside by creating an experience of form and texture attune to the vista visible from every angle.

A perennial favorite....Double divided glass doors welcome guests into this one of a kind wine cellar. Columns of New England Fieldstone support a long barrel arched rustic Knotty Alder T&G ceiling. Rustic Alder wine racking is divided equally for individual bottles and diamond bins, creating a pleasing symmetrical design. A rustic reclaimed table serves as the center island and completes the ambience.

A small full basement bathroom in our Modern Spanish-Style Revival project boasts a tiled focal vanity wall with floating shelves, brass details, and red penny floor tiles.
