Quality is evident throughout this project, from the limestone aches and ledgerock pillars of the cabana, to the ultra-convenient Jandy control system. It allows all major components such as spa temperature and garden lighting to be controlled from the house.

The full house remodel by In N Out Remodeling in Encinitas transformed the kitchen, living areas, and bathrooms into spaces that are both modern and functional. Our team’s attention to detail and commitment to quality are evident throughout the home, ensuring that every space is not only visually appealing but also practical for daily living.

This detail shot emphasizes the clean execution of our hardscape installations. By juxtaposing smooth, light concrete with dark basalt gravel and crisp metal edging, we create a modern, high-contrast aesthetic. This historic brick farmhouse dates from the early 19th century and retained much of its original interior. While several additions had been made over the years, they did not result in well-organized spaces that met the needs of the family. The new addition and renovated existing spaces created a new porch and entry from the pool, a new kitchen, and a master bedroom complex. Materials, forms and details of the addition reflected the existing historic vocabulary of the property. The missing front porch also was reconstructed based on existing physical evidence of the size and design of this important feature.

This total backyard project was a testament to having one experienced company design and manage the entire process. Betz Pools made sure the quality was consistent throughout, as is evident from the large living room windows overlooking this sensational backyard.

As you can tell, this house was built to comfortably entertain. This is evident by the custom wine cellar and wet bar located in the great room. Beautiful under and upper cabinetry lighting in both the wet bar and wine cellar create a beautiful ambiance.
