But with the addition of orange light fixtures and colorful artwork, the kitchen is over the top with energy. With no upper cabinets only floating shelves for display the base cabinets are well planned for each functional work zone. a. The “Cooking Zone” hosts the 60” range top (with hood) and is the heart of the kitchen. The ovens, coffee system and speed oven are located outside of this zone and use the island/snack bar as their landing space. b. The “Prep Zone” includes the refrigerator, freezer, sink, and dishwasher c. The “Entertainment Zones” has a separate sink and dishwasher, the wine cooler and beverage center. A desk off to the side of the kitchen with a large roll up tambour to keep any mess hidden. Also their robot vacuums have a charging station under the files drawers in the toe kick. This kitchen is characterised by timelessly elegant black and white. To give thespacious, monolithic island a light air, a white ribbon meanders across every side,strikingly showcasing the functions of cooking and water. Another outstandingfeature: fronts made of top-quality matt lacquer with an anti-fingerprint finish.The elegant BONDI makes a spacious overall impression whilst being perfect down to the very last detail. The tall units integrated flush into the wall are compelling as soon as you see the amount of space they offer – with lots of intelligent solutions for stowing things away. In a tidy kitchen, there is plenty of space to showcasepersonal items – that is how they can be shown off to true advantage.

The guest bathroom has the most striking matte glass patterned tile on both the backsplash and in the bathtub/shower combination. A floating wood vanity has a white quartz countertop and mid-century modern sconces on either side of the round mirror.

Casual sophistication and approachable elegance were paramount in the design of this rustic, contemporary home. An undeniable relationship to nature is evident in the home, which is infused with natural elements and celebrates beautiful views. An approachable gathering place that strikes a formidable silhouette on the landscape is the result.

Our clients desired a contemporary kitchen to serve as the heart of family gatherings and social events. We strove to keep the design inviting, while ensuring a sophisticated space that accommodates large-scale entertaining. The chrome and leather bar stools, along with the starburst sputnik-styled light pendants, add a splash of modernism. These sleek modern elements are coupled with the natural organic beauty of the Bardiglio marble that was selected for the countertops and book-matched backsplash. The striking cabinetry and functional layout provide the ultimate combination of style and practicality. This contemporary kitchen features flat front European-style cabinets with stainless steel appliances. The cabinet pulls are custom forged. The striking quartzite used in the countertops, cascade island, and backsplash is a conversation piece by itself.

The book-matched wood we choose for the bathroom cabinetry adds a striking element while adding a warm tone. Warmth is also brought in by the golden tone of the wall sconces.
