Maximizing the functionality of this space, and coordinating the new kitchen with the beautiful remodel completed previously by the client were the two most important aspects of this project. The existing spaces are elegantly decorated with an open plan, dark hardwood floors, and natural stone accents. The new, lighter, more open kitchen flows beautifully into the client’s existing dining room space. Satin nickel hardware blends with the stainless steel appliances and matches the satin nickel details throughout the home. The fully integrated refrigerator next to the narrow pull-out pantry cabinet, take up less visual weight than a traditional stainless steel appliance and the two combine to provide fantastic storage. The glass cabinet doors and decorative lighting beautifully highlight the client’s glassware and dishes. Finished with white subway tile, Dreamy Marfil quartz countertops, and a warm natural wood blind; the space warm, inviting, elegant, and extremely functional. copyright 2013 marilyn peryer photography

This kitchen is a prime example of beautifully designed functionality. From the spacious maple butcher block island & eating bar to the roll-up pass through window for outdoor entertaining, the space can handle whatever situation the owners throw at it. The Espresso stain on these Medallion cabinets of Cherry wood really anchors the whimsy of the yellow bar stools and the ginger-tone checkerboard Marmoleum floor. Our clients wanted to modernize their 1980's home, focusing on reimagining the main floor. We used warm palettes, natural elements, and clean lines while maximizing natural light and preserving key architectural features to create a welcoming, functional space. We completely reimagined the kitchen to enhance flow and gain additional cabinet space. Features include a center island with bar stools that also doubles as a casual dining area, a functional layout, and ample storage.

This small bathroom design combines the desire for clean, contemporary lines along with a beach like feel. The flooring is a blend of porcelain plank tiles and natural pebble tiles. Vertical glass wall tiles accent the vanity and built-in shower niche. The shower niche also includes glass shelves in front of a backdrop of pebble stone wall tile. All cabinetry and floating shelves are custom built with granite countertops throughout the bathroom. The sink faucet is from the Delta Zura collection while the shower head is part of the Delta In2uition line.

Brookhaven bathroom remodel rescued a mid-project renovation left incomplete when their former contractor bailed. We rebuilt the shower with tile, added dual niches, installed quartz vanity countertops, upgraded lighting and hardware, and corrected plumbing and HVAC issues. The result: a luxury bathroom renovation done right, combining style and function for Brookhaven and ITP Atlanta homeowners.

Before renovation: compacted soil, exposed tree roots, and poorly defined planting areas contributed to drainage issues and uneven turf conditions. The yard required regrading and underground drainage correction to restore function and structure.

New period-correct cabinetry, wallpaper and milk-glass lighting create a kitchen and dining room reminiscent of an era past. While opening up a wall and creating a peninsula topped with modern dark countertops and a massive slab backsplash behind the range bring the function desired today. The creation of a custom butler’s pantry painted a deep shade of green and exposing the chimney is a nod to our signature bold layering in both colors, materials and textures.
