This home office pairs warm, organic materials with clean architectural lines. A striking curved wood desk with a rich walnut finish anchors the room, its sculptural form softening the otherwise linear, built-in storage that surrounds it. Tapered black metal legs give the desk a light, almost floating presence against the polished marble flooring.
Behind the desk, a full-height custom bookshelf displays a richly curated collection of books and personal objects, set above sleek charcoal-gray cabinetry for hidden storage. A wood slat accent wall echoes the material palette found throughout the rest of the home, while a sculptural black chandelier with mid-century inspired arms adds a bold, artistic focal point overhead.
Floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors flood the space with natural light and frame views of the lush landscaping just outside, blurring the line between work space and the surrounding greenery. The result is a home office that feels both highly functional and quietly artistic, a space designed for focus without sacrificing style.

Intimate Bling. This master bedroom has been extended into the secondary bedroom creating as a walk-in closet for him and her. The beautiful soft white lacquered built in shelving and closets have a streamlined polished gold reveal adding a subtle bling. The island separates the space and is highly functional displaying jewelry and holds storage below. A stunning 3 way mirror and a hidden ironing board is encompassed within the walls. In this intimate space, the luxurious suede wallpaper anchors a statement within the room.

This drop zone space is accessible from the attached 2 car garage and from this glass paneled door leading from the motor court, making it centrally located and highly functional. It is your typical drop zone, but with a twist. Literally. The custom live edge coat hook board adds in some visual interest and uniqueness to the room. This 15,000 square foot home is a ground up classic Mediterranean Villa in Los Altos Hills, designed with a nod to a more elevated contemporary interior design. Our client is a High Level VC who hoped to limit time away from his young family. The scope of the project was to design a family-friendly home, while including all of the high style and high-tech amenities and conveniences expected in a Silicon Valley estate. Designing with these requirements in mind, our team created functional spaces for family life while maintaining business requirements in one space. This balance between comfort and professionalism was implemented through masterful layout and design including a private gathering room that can host up to 100 guests, which was intentionally designed to entertain business meetings, lessening the need for travel, and allowing for a more balanced lifestyle. Other features include a Screening Room, Bar and Wine Tasting Area, Private Library and Executive office, and Grand Dining Room.

Our clients wanted to incorporate an East Coast vibe into their home. The kitchen had a great layout, but a wilted palette of earth tones looked outdated and uninspired. With a busy lifestyle and two kids in school, the couple needed a highly functional space that didn't skimp on style. Their research of design-build firms led them to the JRP website, and they called for a consultation the same day. After years of living with dark cabinets and a mix of heavy colors, the couple craved lightness. They wanted an airy kitchen with smooth, light-reflecting surfaces and a full-slab backsplash. A plan was drawn up for a complete rebuild that would change everything in the kitchen except the layout and the original tile-and-wood floors.
Now bright and uncluttered, this transitional kitchen is truly a space where the family can gather for years to come. Every part of the room draws you in, creating an atmosphere that embraces lingering conversations. The holistic design balances East Coast cool with California chic. Layers of contrasting textures achieve a high level of polish that looks and feels exceptional. The full-slab backsplash in Calacatta quartz stands out as a work of art, its glossy surface softly reflecting natural light. Matching quartz countertops add lustrous movement, where painted and natural wood textures quietly anchor the room. New, two-tone cabinetry is fresh and on-trend. A stunning linear chandelier in bronze evokes classical warmth. Where a built-in desk once collected clutter, stacked shaker cabinets now incorporate storage and visual interest. Integrated appliances, beautifully concealed behind DeWils cabinetry, hint at minimalist sophistication.

These Hanover, MA clients came to Renovisions as they wanted a local design-build company to rework and expand their small and outdated 1980’s colonial kitchen.
We collaborated and created an expanded 12’x15’ addition space to accommodate a newly designed kitchen which is now 21’x15’. Before we began with the construction process, proper structural engineering presented a challenge as the property was built on ledge. As expected, we determined that several concrete supports were necessary and needed to be built to support the expanded structure.
Our plan included both creative aesthetic and functional layout modifications to transform this ordinary kitchen into a spacious, well-lit, highly functional, stylish and welcoming space to cook, gather and entertain. The bump-out allowed for more functional cabinetry and a dining table which before was placed in a corner of the previous cramped kitchen. Now, there is a wide open space from the adjacent living room and a clear path to a 5’ French door opening to the pool deck. The homeowners also elected for us to extend a new roof over their existing deck creating a nice shaded space to entertain guests.
The island, which serves as the central gathering spot. is eye catching with contrasting dark cocoa colored cabinets and stunning natural looking Cambria quartz countertops. Large, easily accessible deep drawers provide much needed storage for pots, pans and lids as well as expansive countertop space for everyday prep and family get-togethers.
Overall, the clients were thrilled with their Renovision and cannot wait to throw a party to show off their stunning kitchen.
“There is not a single choice we aren’t happy with; it is so us! I love all of the storage and I have a feeling we are going to do a lot of entertaining this summer.”
“Dear Cathy and Ed, We are abundantly grateful for the entire Renovisions Team that have provided us with a beautiful kitchen and porch to enjoy. We will continue to make family memories for many years to come with this new addition. From the first time we met with you at the showroom, we were confident that high quality workmanship would go into our new construction. Mike, Brad, and Tom were very trustworthy and worked very hard every day they were on the job site. They were very flexible and always put the homeowners safety first. They even offered a bit of comic relief! Every night the site was cleaned meticulously, never leaving tools or sharp edges of any sort in the open space. We were also very pleased with the help offered when designing and choosing cabinets, tile and other finishes. Liz was always very helpful and patient to answer questions when we came by the showroom. We are extremely pleased with all the choices and on a daily basis we enjoy the warmth and amazing space it provides.
We recently hosted a retirement party for 70 people and it never felt crowed! We relax under the covered porch in the morning for coffee, the afternoon for lunch and to watch the grandkids in the pool. And of course in the evening while we read or catch up on emails. It is an amazing space! Thank you all again, for your hard work and passion for your craftsmanship. We will be in touch soon to set up a date for you all to drop by to see the finishing touches and to enjoy refreshments.”

Inspired by this Arvada kitchen renovation?
Our design process blends refined materials, custom details, and thoughtful space planning to create homes that are as functional as they are beautiful. For clients seeking a luxury kitchen remodel with warmth, elegance, and everyday ease, this bespoke custom kitchen, project "Nest and Nurture" is a beautiful example of what is possible when design is tailored to the way a family truly lives.
This kitchen was designed to support the rhythm of modern family living while honoring timeless, elevated craftsmanship. This transitional kitchen began as a structural redesign, requiring engineering expertise to open up the heart of the home and create a more connected, light-filled space where cooking, gathering, hosting, and everyday routines could happen with ease.
The result is a warm and highly functional luxury kitchen layered with enduring materials and thoughtful details. Rich walnut cabinetry brings depth and natural character, while Taj Mahal quartzite countertops introduce soft movement, creamy warmth, and refined elegance. Brushed brass hardware, plumbing, and lighting add a tailored glow throughout the space, balancing the organic wood tones with a polished, sophisticated finish. Durable ceramic tile completes the palette, offering texture, practicality, and timeless appeal.
Designed with both beauty and convenience in mind, this Arvada kitchen remodel features bespoke storage solutions crafted around the family’s daily life. Custom pull-outs, hidden organizational systems, specialty cookware storage, integrated towel storage, and finely crafted cabinetry create a kitchen that feels effortless to use and beautiful from every angle. Every detail was designed to reduce clutter, improve flow, and make the kitchen work harder without sacrificing style.
With its blend of classic detailing, modern openness, and fashion-forward functionality, Nest and Nurture reflects a truly elevated approach to transitional kitchen design. This renovation transformed the home into a more generous, welcoming, and highly personalized space—one built for connection, comfort, and the everyday rituals that make a house feel deeply lived in.

This long-time family home was ready for a thoughtful evolution. Originally built years ago, the homeowners came to us seeking a comprehensive renovation that better reflected how they live today — entertaining frequently, welcoming their grown children home for holidays and summers, and desiring spaces that feel elevated, functional, and deeply personal. What began as a kitchen and bath update ultimately became a whole-home transformation, touching every floor — from the main living level to the bedroom floor and even the attic.
On the first floor, we completed a full gut renovation and thoughtful reconfiguration of the layout. Walls were removed — including a former pantry and powder room — to dramatically improve sightlines and flow between the kitchen and living room. The kitchen footprint was expanded to accommodate a generously sized island designed for gathering. A two-tone cabinetry palette establishes subtle zoning: Farrow & Ball Stiffkey Blue anchors the island and refrigerator surround, while White Tie brightens the perimeter cabinetry. Paneled appliances conceal the dishwasher and trash, while a stainless refrigerator adds balance and contrast. Antique brass hardware and oversized statement pendants layer in warmth and charm. Inside the cabinetry, custom storage solutions — from built-in spice racks and pull-out trays to a dedicated Tupperware drawer with lid dividers — ensure everything has its place.
The former dining room was reimagined as a full-service butler’s pantry, complete with a second prep sink, paneled beverage drawers, an ice maker, glass display cabinetry, and abundant storage. Two built-in desks and a bench create a flexible zone for puzzles, homework, or casual seating. By relocating coffee and cocktail service to this dedicated space, the main kitchen remains uncluttered — even during large gatherings.
The powder room was thoughtfully relocated to support the new layout and transformed into a jewel-box moment for guests. Schumacher’s Romantic Bosphorus mural wallpaper creates a hand-painted, immersive experience. A custom console vanity with a Carrara marble top and backsplash pairs beautifully with an antique brass wall-mounted faucet, layered with warm lighting and brass finishes for an unforgettable impression.
Beyond the kitchen, we opened up the living room and installed a custom bi-fold door system that seamlessly connects the interior to the screened-in porch, enhancing indoor-outdoor living. A bespoke music room was also created on the main level, complete with integrated soundproofing and custom cabinetry designed to house instruments, sheet music, a piano, and a concealed sound system — allowing the family’s love of music to be fully supported without visual clutter. Throughout the home, existing hardwood floors were refinished, and new decorative lighting and upgraded recessed lighting were installed to elevate both ambiance and functionality.
On the bedroom floor, every space received a refresh. Each bedroom was thoughtfully updated with custom wallpaper and wall coverings, while the shared bathroom was fully renovated to incorporate a highly functional laundry area. Durable finishes, smart storage solutions, and a clean layout ensure it works seamlessly for adult children when home while still serving daily needs year-round.
The primary bathroom was transformed into a serene retreat designed for daily restoration. A soft neutral palette and layered materials create a calming environment, while half of the space functions as a wet room where the tub and shower share one expansive area. Porcelain tile with a Calacatta marble look delivers timeless elegance without the maintenance of natural stone. Champagne Bronze fixtures complement natural cherry cabinetry — a nod to the homeowner’s passion for woodworking — and thoughtful recessed niches provide clean, hidden storage.
Even the attic was elevated to support modern living. Previously underutilized, the space was upgraded to serve as a dedicated home office for the homeowner, who works there daily. Improved lighting, finishes, and function transformed it into a productive and comfortable retreat tucked away from the main living areas.
Integrated technology plays a key role throughout the home. A Control4 smart home automation system was implemented to seamlessly manage sound, lighting, and comfort. Custom blinds, drapery, and upholstery were carefully coordinated and fabricated to complement each space, adding softness and cohesion from room to room.
This project represents more than a renovation — it is a full reimagining of how the home supports gathering, creativity, comfort, and daily life. Every floor was thoughtfully considered. Every space was elevated. And the result is a sophisticated yet welcoming home designed to serve this family beautifully for years to come.

Our Revival House designer was asked to transform this dated condo living area into a highly functional kitchen, buffet, and dry bar that reflects the homeowners' eclectic taste. To accomplish this, our designer chose distinctly industrial fixtures and hardware but mixed in three different door styles, an array of colors, hardware styles, finishes, and countertops with a nod to the eclectic. This is not your average kitchen, and it is stunning.
This space incorporates three different cabinet finishes on three distinct door styles by Decor. The kitchen perimeter and buffet cabinetry employ a custom door style with an added detail to elevate the look. The dry bar and island utilize a timeless, Shaker-style door. The light cabinets in Willow paint and Mist stain on clear alder and the dark tone of Black Fox paint effortlessly define the to areas within the space - one for meal prep and one for entertainment. Every design decision and choice of material was purposeful in creating this unique kitchen space.
The kitchen cabinetry is adorned with an elegant, polished Cambria Quartz in Inverness Frost, contrasted with the edgy, honed Ebony Granite from the Artisan Group for the buffet and dry bar. The thoughtful mix of cabinet hardware, using Bradbury pulls in Warm Brass by Atlas and several styles from Top Knobs' Aspen collection in Silicon Bronze Light, works together to add the perfect amount of warmth, shine, and aged-industrial appearance to this stunning eclectic kitchen. Mixed-metal dome-style pendant lights were added not only to light up the island and warmth but also to add continuity to the mixed-metal cabinet hardware. The lighting choice adds much needed task lighting and keeps the industrial flair without being cold. The Broderick single handle pull-down kitchen faucet in Champagne Bronze by Delta Faucets paired with the Kohler undermount sink is the epitome of form and function and adds to the eclectic personality this kitchen exudes.
No kitchen is complete without high-end appliances. This Industrial Eclectic Kitchen has a panel-ready Sub-Zero refrigerator and KitchenAid dishwasher. Every home chef would love to create meals on the gas range by Wolf, and for quick food reheating there is a Sharp microwave in stainless steel. For entertaining guests, the Perlick beverage refrigerator is the perfect addition to the dry bar.
This Industrial Eclectic Kitchen transformation is full of unique design elements and attention to detail and will inspire meal preparation and family gatherings for years to come. The smart combinations of cabinetry styles and colors, countertop materials, hardware finishes, and appliance choices all contribute to creating a visually stunning and eclectic space that is both functional and stylish. It is a space that’s every bit industrial and eclectic but always purposeful in its visual artistry
