Natural lighting from these windows fill the kitchen with radiance. The use of glass cabinets allows light to fill the space and not hinder the beautiful decor. With a marble countertop and custom wood cabinets, this kitchen is great for hosting.

This home is located on a cliff with south facing views to the ocean. The road side elevation is designed in a traditional shingle style. The ocean side has unobstructed glass with amazing views. The lot is narrow but we were able to design a two car garage below and the first floor is at grade level and allows the owners to step out to the back yard. The second floor deck is surrounded by a glass rail with no balusters to hinder the view.

A carefully planned renovation preserved this home's charm while refreshing the space with an open, modern touch. Natural stone fireplace and iron rod railing add a rustic hint without hindering the open space provided by the hillside view windows.​

One of the biggest functional needs of the new Abundant Life Partners office was lighting. The team at ALP shares a general dislike of overhead florescent lighting with us, so our team made sure to pack out the entire office with plenty of floor lamps, table lamps and un-hindered windows.

ShadeFX manufactured a 12’ x 8 retractable shade to hinder the west facing sun. Instantly, a bold Capri Sunbrella fabric provides ample shade over the clients outdoor dining area.

The owners of this 1950s colonial on Philadelphia’s Main Line wanted to preserve its traditional architecture and take advantage of the kitchen’s ample footprint. In addition to reworking the floorplan and improving the flow, the owner wanted a large island with several seating options, a desk area and a small table for dining. One of the design goals was to transform the spacious room into a functional kitchen that still felt intimate and comfortable for everyday use. Furniture style inset cabinetry kept the room in tune with the home’s original character and made it feel less utilitarian. Removing the wall that hindered the flow and views between the kitchen and the adjacent family room ensured that the main entertaining areas flowed together. Stylistically, we wanted to avoid the typical white kitchen, opting instead to pull in rich wood tones to create a warmer and more classic look.
