Xpand's design blended with the homeowner's vision: a year-round culinary haven where one could grill to their heart's content while soaking in the serene landscape. The transformation of the screen porch into a stone and tile sanctuary, complete with state-of-the-art air exchange and climate control systems ensures a smoke-free environment. The installation of custom Dekton countertops and Twin Eagles grilling and smoking appliances elevates the space, making it not just functional but also a statement of elegance. The 12' glass garage door with a motorized screen, invites the outdoors in, creating an immersive experience. Descending to the lower level, the wellness center awaits as a haven of relaxation. The custom-built sauna, with its warm cedar interior and soothing LED lighting, promises a tranquil escape. Adjacent to it, the large cold plunge tub stands ready to invigorate and contribute to a holistic wellness routine. Whether seeking warmth in the embrace of the sauna or the refreshing chill of the tub, this space is a testament to the art of living well, a perfect complement to its idyllic setting on Prior Lake!

Waiting Area for Cedar Counseling & Wellness in Annapolis, MD. In the early stages of designing Cedar Counseling & Wellness, we knew that we wanted the waiting area to be especially warm and welcoming. Despite it’s expansive scale, the sage/olive green-colored walls almost envelope you when you walk in and the warmth felt through the woven basket pendants and wood, slat dividers help to put you at ease. The soft curves of the modern, white sofas were quite intentional, as we wanted pieces with “curves” to off-set some of the “harder”, more direct elements in the room. All of these “softer” elements help to create a safe and welcoming environment.

Rich colors, minimalist lines, and plenty of natural materials were implemented to this Austin home. Project designed by Sara Barney’s Austin interior design studio BANDD DESIGN. They serve the entire Austin area and its surrounding towns, with an emphasis on Round Rock, Lake Travis, West Lake Hills, and Tarrytown. Probably the most “peaceful” out of all the offices, office 06 is certainly a calming retreat. Painted a soft, mossy green, the inside almost blends in with the outside. This office really is the perfect blend of “natural” and “modern” in that there plenty of “soft” elements (i.e. the pottery filled with stems and the basket wall) however they’re paired with some more “masculine” ones (i.e. the black floor lamps, structured sofa, etc.).

Not that long ago, the term “audio-video” or “AV” meant just that: audio and video. Today, the AV industry has evolved into something much bigger: smart homes with entertainment, wellness and sustainability features. In Montana, SAV Digital Environments and owner Cory Reistad are at the forefront of that movement.

So I know I said that Office 01 was one of my favorite offices at Cedar Counseling & Wellness, but Office 07 IS hands-down my favorite. Moody, modern and masculine… I definitely wouldn’t mind working here every day! When it came to the design, Carrie really invested in professional, quality pieces - and you can tell. They really stand out on their own, allowing us to keep the design clean and minimal.
