- Grand entry with custom staircase
- Two story open concept living, dining and kitchen areas
- Large, fully appointed butler's pantry
- Glass encased wine feature wall
- Show stopping two story fireplace
- Custom lighting indoors and out for stunning evening illumination
- Large 2nd floor balcony with views of the river.
- R-value of this new build was increased to improve efficiencies by using acrylic stucco, upgraded over rigid insulation and using sprayfoam on the interior walls.

A mid-century modern home that the clients wanted to convert to a transitional craftsman aesthetic to suit the neighborhood charm. The renovation included an exterior addition, exterior finishes & lighting, landscaping, new primary suite, media room, mudroom, guest bath, and adding a powder bath to increase the value of the home. Overall, the clients were inspired by cool relaxing tones and are seeking continuity and a place of respite in the interior design.

Expansive home located in Sherwood, Oregon, overlooking the wine country and hills. Spaces remodeled include the kitchen, powder bathroom, fireplace surround, laundry room, primary bedroom and primary bathroom.
The laundry room was previously cramped, dysfunctional, and dark. The remodel focused on increasing space, function, style and bringing light into the space.

The project included adding a large kitchen and great room with a large La Cantina door to create an indoor/outdoor living space. Every surface was renewed, rooms were rearranged to increase their usefulness, and full house energy updates were done.

The Jack-and-Jill bath was customized to reflect the daughter’s style with colorful plum tile and decorative accents. It was reconfigured to cleverly include a compact washer and dryer in between the Jack-and-Jill spaces for increased functionality.

Clients requested a backyard oasis to relax and entertain, and needed an area for their new hot tub.
We removed trees and hedges, graded, and built a retaining wall along the back to increase the usable space by well over 6 feet wide and the width of the backyard.
We designed a deck for the hot tub that provided additional space for grilling, installed a fire pit, and provided space for a dining area. A lighting package was included in this build and truly set off the entire vibe.
