Designed by Lauren Hunt of Reico Kitchen & Bath in Charlotte, NC this transitional style white and grey kitchen design features Green Forest Cabinetry in the Sierra door style in 2 finishes. The perimeter kitchen cabinets features a White finish and the kitchen island cabinets feature a Summit Grey finish. Kitchen countertops are marble in the color Fantasy Brown. Kitchen appliances are KitchenAid and Whirlpool. Kitchen tile backsplash is Soho Studio Alchimia White 3' x 12". For the customer, "working with Lauren and everyone involved was a pleasure. The project was a complete rear renovation involving a new swimming pool, patio areas, fireplace, outdoor kitchen, deck renovation, and surrounding landscape, and lighting. The site was very challenging due to very steep slopes and a limited amount of land area to accomplish the overall goals of the project. Those were lawn areas for the kids to play as well as patio space for entertainment and a swimming pool. This extreme kitchen renovation involved removing many walls to create the open floorplan concept. The old laundry room was walled in approximately where the custom table sits now. A 12' custom patio door was added in place of a 6' window! Cabinetry was designed to precisely fit in this space using lots of drawer banks using no fillers. Shallow storage was built in to the right of the frig. and a 1200cfm hood vented through the roof was meticulously integrated above the slide in range. The laundry room is now hidden by a custom sliding barn door with soft close hardware. All this was done reusing the existing hardwood floors, patching in with new where required!

The owner of this home in Maine involved Koncerted in the design process from day one, allowing us to create unique, integrated systems with no workarounds. Design was first priority for this client, so all tech—including whole home audio, full surveillance, video doorbells, home entertainment, and five televisions—was chosen and installed with a minimalist aesthetic in mind. This secure, tech-enabled home also has as its centerpiece a custom-made floating staircase with embedded motion-sensored LED lights that give it a glowing effect. Bathroom remodel was a complete redesign to bring the original 90-year old San Francisco bathroom into modern day. Reimagining the space involved knocking down walls and employing artisans for handmade shower tiles and locally custom-made cabinetry to perfectly fit tight spaces. Creamy tones, Mahogany wood, and ceramic crackle and subway tiles strike a balance between traditional and contemporary.
