The upper level of this gorgeous Trex deck is the central entertaining and dining space and includes a beautiful concrete fire table and a custom cedar bench that floats over the deck. Our unique deck top stair rail profile allows you to customize your install by mounting a deckboard flush onto the top of the rail. Select your white Deck Top kit with 1 ½" square or turned balusters and black round aluminum. The kits come in sections that snap together easily. Brackets are included with rail kits. This project was a large wrap-around second story deck that we remodeled in Rockingham, Virginia. We connected the two existing decks to make one large deck that wrapped around the house. The new deck was redesigned a little, and we used Timbertec decking and vinyl railing.

Designed and built by Land Art Design, Inc. In this project, we added multi-level living space with this deck and underside patio combination. The custom deck includes wrought iron railing, matching the stairway connecting the two levels. The underside patio features a bead board ceiling with recessed lighting and ceiling fans.
