This project is a huge gable style patio cover with covered deck and aluminum railing with glass and cable on the stairs. The Patio cover is equipped with electric heaters, tv, ceiling fan, skylights, fire table, patio furniture, and sound system. The decking is a composite material from Timbertech and had hidden fasteners.

This hardwood deck on this New England front porch floor is mixed with warm, rich tones of ebony, chocolate and cinnamon, in a variety of interesting plank formations. The center, which leads to the homes front door, was installed on the horizontal for an easy sight line into the home. The two adjacent seating areas consist of two opposed 45 degree angle board placements, adding a beautiful contrast to the center area.

This project involved a removal of the original deck and complete redesign of the outdoor living space. We worked with the customer to create and indoor outdoor living and entertaining area both open and covered. Some of the materials include Azek decking and railings, Veneer stone, gas fireplace, outdoor rated TV, power disappearing insect screens, Andersen French sliding doors, outdoor deck lighting, and more.

The upper level of this gorgeous Trex deck is the central entertaining and dining space and includes a beautiful concrete fire table and a custom cedar bench that floats over the deck. The dining space is defined by the stunning, cantilevered, aluminum pergola above and cable railing along the edge of the deck. Adjacent to the pergola is a covered grill and prep space. Light brown custom cedar screen walls provide privacy along the landscaped terrace and compliment the warm hues of the decking. Clean, modern light fixtures are also present in the deck steps, along the deck perimeter, and throughout the landscape making the space well-defined in the evening as well as the daytime.

New deck built in double triangle worked well with the slope below, and allowed a paver patio to fit at top of the hill as well. Deck is Trex accents, pavers are Mutual Materials Paleo in Harvest blend.

Pull up a chair and enjoy your friends & family while enjoying this fab view. On the right, you can see the barn doors which can close and protect diners from the elements while seated under heated lamps. Lovely!
