Early discussions focused on developing design elements that would enhance the living experience while maintaining a minimalist yet warm atmosphere. A key feature of the home is the custom cabinetry, designed to seamlessly integrate with the stone fireplace, emphasizing cohesion and elegance. Recognizing the clients’ needs, special attention was given to the laundry room to ensure ample space for washing their dogs, with cabinetry thoughtfully arranged to maximize storage. Throughout the home, all finishes were chosen for their timeless quality to ensure the space would feel current for years to come. Detailed plans were drafted for cabinetry, lighting, and custom tile layouts, ensuring every interior detail was considered. Exterior finishes were also carefully selected and specified in the plans to create a unified look that resonates with the home’s overall design. As the project neared completion, plumbing and lighting fixtures, cabinetry, and hardware were meticulously selected. All wall and flooring materials were chosen to complement the home’s minimalist yet inviting theme. After the construction dust settled, the clients’ personal framed art collection was installed, along with a handful of new accessories purchased to complete the look. To add a twist of creativity, we installed the tiles in a unique pattern, inviting you to "walk along the plank" towards the mesmerizing vistas. ​ The dining room serves as a tribute to the couple's engagement in Santorini, adorned with canvas prints of photos taken during these cherished memories. In the dining room and master bedroom, we meticulously selected the perfect "Santorini blue" tones for the accent walls to continue to narrate their story. ​ Crafted with Treefrog veneers, the custom millwork combines elegance with durability, while the bathrooms exude a spa-like serenity with their natural textures and sandy hues, enhanced by thoughtful lighting. ​ For the kids' room, we embraced vibrant colors and durable materials, ensuring a space where creativity knows no bounds. In the trails located in the heart of Westlake Village, a homeowner embarked on a transformative journey. Feeling the urge to expand, refresh, and breathe new life into their space, they envisioned more than just additional square footage; they dreamed of a home capable of hosting their large family and grandchildren, becoming the backdrop for countless cherished memories. Understanding our client’s vision, our team set out to create an open, inviting space bathed in natural light. We knocked down walls, relocated the stairs, and reconfigured the floorplan to enhance flow and functionality. To further enhance the connection with the outdoors, we replaced traditional French doors with a stunning LaCantina door. This change not only expanded the view but also invited the beauty of the outdoors into the heart of the home. Turning our attention to the dated red brick that adorned the home’s facade, we applied a mortar overlay with creativity and skill. This transformed the tired brick into a fresh, unique feature that set the tone for the entire remodel. Our dedication to detail extended to every inch of the home, with custom finishes and upgrades in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces. "Kerry was invited to our house to bid on our kitchen remodel in August 2012. We were impressed with his courtesy and professionalism from the start. His estimates were prompt and changes to the scope of work were ready the next day. After we went on vacation for a month, we started work in October. The scope of work included: he removed the counter tops, sink, plumbing, all base and wall cabinets, appliances, french doors and backsplashes. He replaced all switches and outlets, and stops on the water supply. He repaired some damaged drywall. Kerry helped us with our cabinet and granite countertop selection and oversaw their installation within the existing footprint. He installed a stainless undermount sink, garbage disposal, faucet, drain plumbing, and airgap. Our experience with Kerry and his crew was positive from start to finish. Everyone was courteous, prompt, and professional. The work was completed in a timely manner and right on the original estimate. Most importantly, the kitchen is absolutely beautiful. Everytime someone comes over they just say "wow, what a great kitchen!" Our seamless foliage panels create the look of a lush, vibrant and energizing green wall that instantly refreshes featureless spaces. We provided the perfect cladding solution to dress up the length of this entry ramp, softening the brick pillars and concrete walls with elegant, welcoming greenery as the landscape designer specified for the privacy screening brief. The various textures and shadings of the foliage provide a pleasing visual experience and uplift, enhancing the customer journey through the space.

Peg and Randy had a wonderful experience working with APlus and were impressed with the incredible workmanship that went into the remodel.
