This dining area is part of a full condominium renovation completed in the Capilano building at Woodcroft, 2024 Fullerton Ave., North Vancouver. The design focused on improving spatial flow and brightness by opening the kitchen wall and creating a pass-through connection between the kitchen and dining area. Wide plank flooring installed throughout the unit visually connects the dining space to the kitchen and living room, reinforcing the open-concept layout created during the renovation. The modern globe pendant light adds a soft architectural feature while maintaining a clean and minimalist aesthetic. Mirrored closet doors were incorporated to visually expand the space and reflect natural light coming from the living room windows. As with many renovation projects in the Woodcroft high-rise complex, this work required careful coordination with strata management and building regulations to ensure the permitted renovation was executed smoothly and efficiently.

Warm stained cherry cabinets were used in this contempoary home for the kitchen remodel. Two different quartz countertop colors were used to help provide visual interest. The counter height peninsula and the top on the pass through space are a dark color and the perimeter of the kitchen is done in light colored quartz. Creating this pass through and relocating the sink allows for the person standing at the sink to take in the gorgeous lake view out the windows. Flat cabinet doors and drawer fronts were used in this contemporary space.

This window was hard to come by, designer Kelly Hendricks had to search high and low for a window that would allow clear vision to the newly built on Patio, allowing for communication flow and interaction between the spaces.

Behind the Miele plumbed coffee/espresso machine is a full row of floor to ceiling cabinets. To the right is the pass through to the dining room, a beverage cooler and ice maker. The frosted glass door which brings in lots of natural light is close to the side exterior door and convenient for unloading groceries.

This large family room has two entrances. The one on the left leads to the mudroom/garage area and also outdoor patio and features quick easy access to the kitchen bar area. The other end is right off the kitchen. A warm red was used and carried through in the furnishings. Seating for eight and a large coffee table grounds the space.

The kitchen of this inner southeast home needed a fresh update with splashes of color and modern amenities to reflect its hip owners. The cherry cabinets are from DeWils, with a light stain and black quartz countertops. We designed a cool Azrock vinyl tile floor pattern using 6 different colors, which plays off of the multicolored micro-tile mosaic backsplash. Modern, warm, and clean-line design, with total custom details and finishes. The front includes a serene and impressive atrium foyer with two-story floor to ceiling glass walls and multi-level fire/water fountains on either side of the grand bronze aluminum pivot entry door. Elegant extra-large 47'' imported white porcelain tile runs seamlessly to the rear exterior pool deck, and a dark stained oak wood is found on the stairway treads and second floor. The great room has an incredible Neolith onyx wall and see-through linear gas fireplace and is appointed perfectly for views of the zero edge pool and waterway. The center spine stainless steel staircase has a smoked glass railing and wood handrail.
