White bathroom

The original interior for Thetis Transformation was dominated by wood walls, cabinetry, and detailing. The space felt dark and did not capture the ocean views well. It also had many types of flooring. One of the primary goals was to brighten the space, while maintaining the warmth and history of the wood. We reduced eave overhangs and expanded a few window openings. We reused some of the original wood for new detailing, shelving, and furniture. The electrical panel for Thetis Transformation was updated and relocated. In addition, a new Heat Pump system replaced the electric furnace, and a new wood stove was installed. We also upgraded the windows for better thermal comfort.

A 5,300 sq. ft. luxury custom home on 2.6 acres of Mill Bay oceanfront, designed to blend West Coast architecture with contemporary coastal living. Featuring expansive views, premium craftsmanship, and fully customized interiors, this home was built in collaboration with top designers and trades across Vancouver Island.

This modern style custom home is 2,642 sq.ft. over two levels. Modern Valley has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an office. The grand entryway is a major feature of this home. Our client desired to make a statement with a unique architectural design. The tall open gable entry achieves that. Expansive windows flood the whole home with natural light. In addition, they enhance the exterior design. They also optimize views of the surrounding valley.

This custom West Coast Modern Farmhouse in Shawnigan Lake blends clean lines with natural warmth. A bold black-and-white exterior, timber beams, and vaulted ceilings create striking yet comfortable living spaces. Expansive windows connect the interior to the surrounding forest views, while modern finishes and wood accents balance rustic charm with contemporary design.

Ocean Bank is a contemporary style oceanfront home located in Chemainus, BC. We broke ground on this home in March 2021. Situated on a sloped lot, Ocean Bank includes 3,086 sq.ft. of finished space over two floors. The main floor features 11′ ceilings throughout. However, the ceiling vaults to 16′ in the Great Room. Large doors and windows take in the amazing ocean view. The Kitchen in this custom home is truly a beautiful work of art. The 10′ island is topped with beautiful marble from Vancouver Island. A panel fridge and matching freezer, a large butler’s pantry, and Wolf range are other desirable features of this Kitchen. Also on the main floor, the double-sided gas fireplace that separates the Living and Dining Rooms is lined with gorgeous tile slabs. The glass and steel stairwell railings were custom made on site.
