This transitional kitchen design left no detail to chance, and the end result is a stunning open plan kitchen remodel that will stand the test of time. The warm, inviting kitchen includes DuraSupreme white perimeter and gray island cabinetry. They are highlighted by Hafele undercabinet and in cabinet lighting, as well as ample storage accessories like pull out spice racks, roll outs, tray dividers, and more. Task Lighting angled powerstrips are tucked neatly under the edge of the Cambria quartz countertop, and the Richelieu hardware and Riobel faucet and soap dispenser complete the look. The design includes Kitchenaid appliances and a Sharp microwave drawer, as well as a beverage bar with a Marvel undercabinet beverage refrigerator. The walk in pantry has roll out shelves, a frosted glass custom pocket door, and motion lights. A mudroom sits just off the kitchen, and includes DuraSupreme cabinets, Polis It Rocks porcelain tile floor in kohl, and granite tops. In this renovation project, I applied my "Clever Space" solution tactic. The useless nearest hallway was added to the 5x7 bathroom to make it looks spacious, comfortable and accommodate a washing machine. Originally it was mosaic accents as a part of a design project but my client decided to go with the neutral color palette.

This transitional kitchen design in Farmington Hills was done as part of a home remodeling project that also included a beverage bar, laundry room, and bathroom. The kitchen remodel is incorporated a Blanco Precise Siligranite metallic gray sink in the perimeter work area with a Brizo Artesso pull down sprayer faucet and soap dispenser. A 4' Galley Workstation was installed in the large kitchen island and included a Signature Accessory Package. The bi-level island has a raised bar area for seating, an induction cooktop next to the Galley Workstation, plus an end cabinet with extra storage and a wine rack. The custom Woodmaster cabinetry sets the tone for this kitchen's style and also includes ample storage. The perimeter kitchen cabinets are maple in a Snow White finish, while the island and bar cabinets are cherry in a Peppercorn finish. Richelieu hardware accents the cabinets in a brushed nickel finish. The project also included Caesarstone quartz countertops throughout and a Zephyr hood over the island. This spacious kitchen design is ready for day-to-day living or to be the heart of every party!

Palatine, IL full bathroom remodel we completed in 2021. The old bathroom had a black and white theme for the vanity top of the flooring. That color scheme was popular for the time. You’ll notice this bathroom has laundry hook ups in a closet across from the tub. The homeowner wanted to remove the hook ups and extend the vanity.
