For this home exterior renovation, we removed the existing gutters and downspouts, inspected and replaced any damaged siding, and improved attic ventilation by cutting openings in the eave soffits. To enhance energy efficiency and create a smooth surface, we installed ¾” insulation board, followed by house wrap for added protection. The home was transformed with CertainTeed Monogram .046 vinyl siding in Smokey Gray (clapboard style) on the lower portion and white board and batten siding on the upper portion, separated by a stylish belly band. New vented vinyl soffits, custom bent aluminum trim, and detailed trim work around windows, doors, and fixtures add to the crisp, modern aesthetic. This stunning update improves both curb appeal and long-term durability.

This Kirkland, Washington outdoor living project was thoughtfully designed to create a clean, modern space while also planning ahead for future upgrades. The new deck features TimberTech Legacy decking in Whitewash Cedar, bringing a warm, natural wood look with the durability of composite materials. A custom pattern on the upper deck adds visual interest and elevates the overall design.
The staircase is finished with a picture-framed border and notched fascia, creating a seamless and polished transition between levels. To enhance both safety and aesthetics, we installed TimberTech Impression railing with sleek black framing and glass infill, preserving open views while maintaining a contemporary feel. Two custom gates were also integrated for functionality and accessibility.
Below the deck, a full undercover system was installed using white smooth panels and a vinyl gutter system, transforming the space into a dry, usable area year-round. This not only expands the homeowner’s living space but also protects the structure from moisture.
A key feature of this project is the forward-thinking infrastructure. The deck was framed to accommodate a future outdoor kitchen and fire feature, with gas and electrical rough-ins already in place. This allows the homeowner to easily expand their outdoor space without major reconstruction down the line.

Doing a remodel with the thought of long term should always be in mind. So when doing this project i knew i didn't want grout in the shower, then what are my options for something that looks timeless, would stand up to years of soaps, shampoo and still look great in years to come.
I had seen these sheets of porcelain from Spain at a trade show a number of years ago, it seemed that for my own bath it was a good project to give them a try. These are available in different sizes and thicknesses and i am really happy with them.
The cast iron bath tub with an antiqued chrome wrap is the Whitby from Penhaglion, it sits in front of the window which has an opaque small patterned film covering the once clear glass. The bath and sink faucets, come from Penhaglion, that I have to say is an amazing company to work with. Heated floors in the bath and shower area as well as a Toto toilet, all pulled together with a vintage sideboard that was refinished to suite the plumbing of the 2 drop in sinks.
Air assisted rain head, wall and hand held shower with an oversize niche make for a great showering experience. Susan Brook Interiors

Both the front and rear of this beautiful South Tampa home are illuminated, as well as the walkways down both sides. A feeling of security is an added bonus of a lighting system installed primarily for accent and beauty. We addressed the architectural features of the home, including adding recessed fixtures in the pavers to illuminate the entryway and second story lighting to showcase the areas over the garage. We also showcased the large oak canopies that flow over the front yard from both sides. The pool perimeter is warmly illuminated with the reflected light off the numerous andonidia palm clusters. The entire project is done in cast brass with LED illumination. Perhaps the most flattering part of this project is having the homeowner call us out numerous times to make additions and adjustments as they improve their home. It's a pleasure to work with homeowners and build long-term relationships as they add a pool or make landscaping upgrades, etc. We've received several referrals from this customer as well, the ultimate compliment.

Located in İzmir, this villa brings together the refined lines of architecture with Serapool’s natural tones. The Antique Grey series reflects the natural stone texture of contemporary grey, adding a sophisticated atmosphere around the pool. With a water absorption rate below 0.5%, the tiles ensure long-term durability and demonstrate high resistance to UV rays, chemicals, and thermal shock. A slip resistance value of PTV ≥ 45 enhances surface safety in wet areas. This application not only offers a premium swimming experience but also redefines luxury living through architectural harmony, secure transitions, and enduring elegance.

Having grown up in the area, our customers knew they wanted to stay in their Fairfax home long-term. However, the original design proved to be too small for their growing family and didn't suit their needs. With the addition of an upper level on one side of the house, the family added two bedrooms and a bathroom for their children, reconfigured the home's entryway, updated all other bathrooms, and updated the basement & fireplace.
