While having floor to ceiling glass to 2 different views of the desert, this master bedroom still maintains a feeling of intimacy, thanks to the dropped ceiling connecting the bed and the fireplace. The fireplace and dropped ceiling are clad in a raked texture plaster, while the fireplace surround is featured in blackened steel and floats on the wall with no hearth. The TV pops up from the chest at the foot of the bed.

Inspiration for a timeless porch remodel in Chicago

We transformed a Georgian brick two-story built in 1998 into an elegant, yet comfortable home for an active family that includes children and dogs. Although this Dallas home’s traditional bones were intact, the interior dark stained molding, paint, and distressed cabinetry, along with dated bathrooms and kitchen were in desperate need of an overhaul. We honored the client’s European background by using time-tested marble mosaics, slabs and countertops, and vintage style plumbing fixtures throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. We balanced these traditional elements with metallic and unique patterned wallpapers, transitional light fixtures and clean-lined furniture frames to give the home excitement while maintaining a graceful and inviting presence. We used nickel lighting and plumbing finishes throughout the home to give regal punctuation to each room. The intentional, detailed styling in this home is evident in that each room boasts its own character while remaining cohesive overall.

A Cool and Moody Kitchen AS SEEN ON: SEASON 3, EPISODE 7 OF MASTERS OF FLIP The perfect place for a hot cup of coffee on a rainy day, the custom kitchen in this modern-meets-industrial home is dark, stormy, and full of character. Polished slate countertops team up with the dark Wren stain on our Gallatin cabinets to create a moody take on modern style. The upper cabinets feature unique up-open hinged doors that add an unexpected element while floating shelves let the penny tile on the backsplash shine. Greenery, copper trinkets, and small clay pots add eye-catching detail throughout the space, creating a curated yet comfortable atmosphere. To maintain the sleek design that this space works so hard for, all of those crucial – yet perhaps not so stylish – amenities are tucked away in the base cabinets, including an under counter microwave unit and a lazy susan in the corner cabinets.

This stunning full home transformation in Dripping Springs captures the perfect balance of elegance, comfort, and modern farmhouse charm. The remodel included a complete interior overhaul—reimagining the kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces, and primary suite. Soft coastal blue tile, warm brass fixtures, and frameless glass combine to produce a bright, open feel while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic. The custom shower features a rainfall shower head, handheld sprayer, recessed storage niche, and a built-in bench for comfort and functionality. Large-format tile and minimal grout lines enhance durability while creating a seamless, upscale appearance. Every detail was carefully selected to deliver both beauty and long-term performance — transforming an ordinary bathroom into a relaxing, resort-style space homeowners can enjoy every day.

This home in the upscale Dominion area was completely transformed from an outdated rustic interior to a fresh and modern space! The kitchen has an upgraded island with Taj Mahal waterfall panels and mitered edges, similar to the rest of the kitchen Taj Mahal quartzite countertops and backsplash. The existing perimeter cabinets in the kitchen were painted a classic white lacquer finish. A new dual finish Blue Star vent hood was installed, along with gorgeous matching brass knobs and faucets. The kitchen flooring is white oak herringbone pattern hardwood which flows throughout the house. The entryway has a brand new iron pivot door making for a seamless transition into the home. This homeowner's guest bathroom was completely gutted and replaced with a quartz countertop, wainscoting dolomite tile on bathroom walls, and mother of pearl floor tile. The connecting guest bedroom was completely repainted and given a brand new look with bright blue and white wallpaper. The powder room is to die for, with gold and black accents, a gorgeous new moss green vanity, and a black quartzite countertop with an golden under-mount sink. Lastly, we completed the home bar area, installing a antiqued backsplash and custom lit floating shelves, perfect for keeping the homeowner's liquor of choice. It's 5 o'clock somewhere!

Within this comfortably cozy mountain retreat filled with natural light, Siemasko + Verbridge has created a space ideal for entertaining and showcasing the surrounding mountain views. Located in Sugarbush, Vermont, a refined alpine style creates a relaxed and inviting environment. Reclaimed beams and earthy materials emit a feeling of warmth throughout the condo and the fireplace, faced with local Vermont stone, is perfect for curling up in front of after outdoor adventures. The team drew inspiration from the condo’s slope-side setting, infusing the space with playful reminders of the wilderness outdoors: stag print pillows, snowflakes on the dining chairs and skiing scenes depicted on the walls as you head upstairs. Siemasko +Verbridge’s family-friendly design accommodates ample space for gear and ski storage, durable fabrics and easy-to-maintain furnishings. Coarser textiles such as antler chandeliers are balanced with softer materials like nubby pillows and knit throws providing an interesting juxtaposition of textural elements. This 3300 sq. ft. Park Avenue apartment was gut renovated and re-designed for a young couple with three young children, originally a classic pre-war, the goal was to create an open, loft-like, elegant, modernist kid-friendly apartment. The work included custom millwork, interior furniture, finishes, lighting and artwork. The emphasis was on a sophisticated color palette with modern lighting, luxurious fabrics and elegant furniture while maintaining a feeling of “home”. To accommodate the needs for a common area for the family to gather the kitchen, breakfast room, and playroom are open to each other for a spacious casual-living area for the entire family. The Dining Room offers an intimate setting for entertaining formal dinner parties with soft lighting and sensuous materials and textiles while the custom French-polished macassar ebony millwork adds a touch of drama to the space. The Living Room/Den is connected by a partial dividing wall and can be separated by scaled full-height sliding glass doors.

This historic 1840’s Gothic Revival home perched on the harbor, presented an array of challenges: they included a narrow-restricted lot cozy to the neighboring properties, a sensitive coastal location, and a structure desperately in need of major renovations. The renovation concept respected the historic notion of individual rooms and connecting hallways, yet wanted to take better advantage of water views. The solution was an expansion of windows on the water siding of the house, and a small addition that incorporates an open kitchen/family room concept, the street face of the home was historically preserved. The interior of the home has been completely refreshed, bringing in a combined reflection of art and family history with modern fanciful choices. Adds testament to the successful renovation, the master bathroom has been described as “full of rainbows” in the morning.

Signature Design Interiors enjoyed transforming this family’s traditional basement into a modern family space for watching sports and movies that could also double as the perfect setting for entertaining friends and guests. Multiple comfortable seating areas were needed and a complete update to all the finishes, from top to bottom, was required. A classy color palette of platinum, champagne, and smoky gray ties all of the spaces together, while geometric shapes and patterns add pops of interest. Every surface was touched, from the flooring to the walls and ceilings and all new furnishings were added. One of the most traditional architectural features in the existing space was the red brick fireplace, accent wall and arches. We painted those white and gave it a distressed finish. Berber carpeting was replaced with an engineered wood flooring with a weathered texture, which is easy to maintain and clean. In the television viewing area, a microfiber sectional is accented with a series of hexagonal tables that have been grouped together to form a multi-surface coffee table with depth, creating an unexpected focal point to the room. A rich leather accent chair and luxe area rug with a modern floral pattern ties in the overall color scheme. New geometric patterned window treatments provide the perfect frame for the wall mounted flat screen television. Oval table lamps in a brushed silver finish add not only light, but also tons of style. Just behind the sofa, there is a custom designed console table with built-in electrical and USB outlets that is paired with leather stools for additional seating when needed. Floor outlets were installed under the sectional in order to get power to the console table. How’s that for charging convenience? Behind the TV area and beside the bar is a small sitting area. It had an existing metal pendant light, which served as a source of design inspiration to build upon. Here, we added a table for games with leather chairs that compliment those at the console table. The family’s sports memorabilia is featured on the walls and the floor is punctuated with a fantastic area rug that brings in our color theme and a dramatic geometric pattern. We are so pleased with the results and wish our clients many years of cheering on their favorite sports teams, watching movies, and hosting great parties in their new modern basement!
