This master bath went from drab to high tech! We took our client's love for the view of the lake behind his home and turned it into a space where the outside could be let in and where the privacy won't be let out. We re configured the space and made a full wet room with large open shower and luxury tub. The vanities were demolished and a floating vanity from Canyon Creek Cabinets was installed. Soothing Waterworks Statuary white marble adorns the walls. A Schluter tileable kerdi drain and A Kohler DTV controls the shower with dual rainshower heads, the Kohler Numi commode does it all by remote as well as the remote controlled electrified glass that frosts and unfrosts at the touch of a button! This bath is as gorgeous as it is serene and functional! In the Entry, we added the same electrified glass into a custom built front door for this home. When planning this custom residence, the owners had a clear vision – to create an inviting home for their family, with plenty of opportunities to entertain, play, and relax and unwind. They asked for an interior that was approachable and rugged, with an aesthetic that would stand the test of time. Amy Carman Design was tasked with designing all of the millwork, custom cabinetry and interior architecture throughout, including a private theater, lower level bar, game room and a sport court. A materials palette of reclaimed barn wood, gray-washed oak, natural stone, black windows, handmade and vintage-inspired tile, and a mix of white and stained woodwork help set the stage for the furnishings. This down-to-earth vibe carries through to every piece of furniture, artwork, light fixture and textile in the home, creating an overall sense of warmth and authenticity.

This master bathroom is a great example of expert space planning. By moving the entry to the center, we had just enough room to have a double vanity on one side and a makeup vanity on the left. The bath tub is a lovely focal point in the large wet area. The dark floor and accent walls create drama, depth and a rich mood. We couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome.

This gorgeous master bath in our Sherman Oaks remodel features a large glass shower surrounded by carrera marble from wall to wall, where a free standing tub sits by the window. A double sink vanity with a marble countertop stands over large dark gray stone tile. Two windows keep the space open and bright.

This Wyoming master bath felt confined with an inefficient layout. Although the existing bathroom was a good size, an awkwardly placed dividing wall made it impossible for two people to be in it at the same time. Taking down the dividing wall made the room feel much more open and allowed warm, natural light to come in. To take advantage of all that sunshine, an elegant soaking tub was placed right by the window, along with a unique, black subway tile and quartz tub ledge. Adding contrast to the dark tile is a beautiful wood vanity with ultra-convenient drawer storage. Gold fi xtures bring warmth and luxury, and add a perfect fi nishing touch to this spa-like retreat.

This Master Bath felt heavy with yellow faux finished paint and enclosed shower. Our team got to work and transformed this bath into a light and open space with natural light galore. Remember the boy's bath in this home was a bedroom, well the Master Bath featured here gained a beautiful two person walk in shower in this transformation as well! The previous super cozy (OK way too small) bath had a single sink only 24" Wide, we arranged the new Master to have double sinks here in this 48" Wide vanity. A major plus!
