A large Master Suite with soft tones boasts huge floor to ceiling windows and doors with custom motorized drapery. Lots of plants and a quite seating area are off this room on a private balcony. The upholstered headboard and matching bed bench are trimmed with a dark hammered nail head and topped with custom luxury bedding. Behind the bed is a wall covered in subtle faux snakeskin paper. The nightstands and matching entertainment center are an elegant mixture of dark and light woods. Atop the nightstands is a pair of metal and crystal lamps. A custom desk was built on one side of the room to serve as the owner’s home office. Colorful artwork near the desk adds a pop of bold color. A growing young family with two daughters, this couple hired Brandi to complete their home’s interior decor. She loved working with these fantastic clients – they eagerly embraced a playful use of color and bold design choices! Finished in a colorful traditional style, this home is full of timeless architecture mixed with modern details. From a navy and bright orange office to a green floral dining room, each room on the main floor makes a unique statement but flows together through similar artwork and rugs. Upstairs, the master bedroom is a serene sanctuary. Brandi added wood beams, handmade wall coverings, and an extra custom-built closet. The two girls’ bedrooms are all about fun trends, personalized touches, and plenty of storage for their many prized possessions.

Across from Hudson River Park, the Classic 7 pre-war apartment had not renovated in over 50 years. The new owners, a young family with two kids, desired to open up the existing closed in spaces while keeping some of the original, classic pre-war details. Dark, dimly-lit corridors and clustered rooms that were a detriment to the brilliant natural light and expansive views the existing apartment inherently possessed, were demolished to create a new open plan for a more functional style of living. Custom charcoal stained white oak herringbone floors were laid throughout the space. The dark blue lacquered kitchen cabinets provide a sharp contrast to the otherwise neutral colored space. A wall unit in the same blue lacquer floats on the wall in the Den.

This creative, modern, geometric wall unit incorporates its side-tilt Murphy Bed seamlessly. Contrasting wood, and contrasting shape make an amazing space come to life. The unit includes plenty or storage, variety, and use of space (including a desk area).

Master bath remodel with porcelain wood tiles and Waterworks fixtures. Photography by Manolo Langis Located steps away from the beach, the client engaged us to transform a blank industrial loft space to a warm inviting space that pays respect to its industrial heritage. We use anchored large open space with a sixteen foot conversation island that was constructed out of reclaimed logs and plumbing pipes. The island itself is divided up into areas for eating, drinking, and reading. Bringing this theme into the bedroom, the bed was constructed out of 12x12 reclaimed logs anchored by two bent steel plates for side tables.
