Inspiration for a contemporary light wood floor and beige floor kitchen remodel in San Francisco with shaker cabinets, purple cabinets and stainless steel appliances

This space was completely empty, void of everything except the flooring tiles. All the containers and plantings, the patterned turf in the flooring, ornaments, and fixtures were part of the design. It spans three sides of the penthouse, extending the dining and living space out into the open. Outdoor rooms are created with the alignment of fixtures and placement of furniture. The custom designed water feature is both a wall to separate the dining and living spaces and a work of art on its own. A shade system offers relief from the scorching sun without permanently blocking the view from the dining room. A frosted glass wall on the edge of the kitchen brings privacy and still allows light to filter into the space. The south wall is lined with planters to add some privacy and at night are lit as a focal point.

A uniquely designed bathroom has the luxury of a freestanding bathtub along with the comfort of a rainfall shower. Seen in Naples Reserve, a Naples community.

The country inspired Guest Bedroom features a white painted wood headboard with scalloped details. The bedding includes a matelasse bed cover and euro shams, a striped bedskirt and shams, and decorative throw pillows with a marine print. Mark Lohman Photography

Once a chicken coop now a cottage. The little out building was scrubbed and white washed on the interior. The internal structure was left exposed for rustic charm. This West University Master Bathroom remodel was quite the challenge. Our design team rework the walls in the space along with a structural engineer to create a more even flow. In the begging you had to walk through the study off master to get to the wet room. We recreated the space to have a unique modern look. The custom vanity is made from Tree Frog Veneers with countertops featuring a waterfall edge. We suspended overlapping circular mirrors with a tiled modular frame. The tile is from our beloved Porcelanosa right here in Houston. The large wall tiles completely cover the walls from floor to ceiling . The freestanding shower/bathtub combination features a curbless shower floor along with a linear drain. We cut the wood tile down into smaller strips to give it a teak mat affect. The wet room has a wall-mount toilet with washlet. The bathroom also has other favorable features, we turned the small study off the space into a wine / coffee bar with a pull out refrigerator drawer.

This light and bright bathroom was transformed from it's previously dated state. An awkward jacuzzi tub and a glass block wall were removed and 80s era tile was replaced with Carrara mosaic on the floor and Carrara stone in the shower. A large opaque window brings in light but allows privacy.
