Prior to construction of covered porch area and 2nd floor balcony, the terrace area offered little privacy or protection from the sun. This project resulted in a lovely informal terrace perfect for casual dining any hour of the day or night... as well as a wonderful private balcony off the Master Bedroom with great views for the homeowner's enjoyment.
