The Master Bathroom tile on the shower walls and tub accent wall is of the highest European quality and utterly exceptional. Words cannot capture the unique seamless that flows on those 12' high walls. The pure white Italian marble floor is textured and memorable. Too many finishes to mention. Our St. Pete studio designed this beautiful home for warm, memorable family get-togethers. The living room is designed to be cozy and comfortable, with thoughtfully placed decor tying up the space as a beautiful whole. We chose a lovely palette of soft grays and soothing whites to create a cozy, inviting, and family-friendly ambience. We added stylish gray and white chairs in the dining area, and a beautiful lighting piece adds a hint of drama. The original vaulted-ceiling family room was thoughtfully preserved as the intimate heart of this luxury great room, naturally defining a comfortable seating arrangement centered on the fireplace and television. Beyond the conversation area, a vintage Italian game table creates an elegant destination for entertaining and family gatherings. Surrounded by bespoke chairs upholstered in rich leather and fine tapestry fabric, the game table adds European character, artisanal craftsmanship, and timeless sophistication. Carefully positioned behind one of the custom sofas, this inviting vignette seamlessly blends heritage furnishings with modern luxury, creating a warm, functional space designed for relaxation, conversation, and memorable entertaining.

The clients were looking to use this second home for entertaining friends and family, so it was critical to be able to comfortably host groups while still feeling intimate and maintaining privacy. DEANE designed an outdoor kitchen using exceptionally engineered and crafted polished and brushed stainless-steel outdoor cabinetry with a waterproof, weathertight case that was also insect/vermin-proof, ensuring performance in all conditions. The 16 linear feet of functional cooking and entertaining space houses a set of refrigeration drawers and icemaker, a built-in grill, full sink, trash & recycling receptacles, topped with Taj Mahal Quartzite countertops. DEANE collaborated with the general contractor, architect, and landscape architect to cohesively work with other crucial outdoor elements, which included an outdoor tv, spa, as well as separate seating and dining areas to create memorable times together.

My client wanted to update her old builder grade basic powder room/bath. It was the only bath on the main floor, so it was important that we made this space memorable. The white custom vanity was created, with matching nine piece draw fronts, and beautiful classy polish nickel hardware, for a timeless look. We wanted this piece to look like a piece of furniture, and we topped it with a beautiful white marble top, that had subtle colors ranging from grays to warm golds. On the floor we went with a dolomite marble tile, that is like a geometric daisy. We also used the same dolomite marble behind the vanity wall. This time I decided to a herringbone pattern, as it was just the right amount of elegance needed, to leave that lasting impression. The same herringbone tile, was also repeated in the shower area, this time as a waterfall feature, along with a larger dolomite tile. The shower niche, was kept clean and simple, but we did use the same marble from the vanity top, for the niche shelves. The beautiful wall sconces, in polish nickel and acrylic, elevated the space, and was not your typical vanity light. All in all, I played with varying tones of white, that kept this space elegant. Lee’s panache for artful contrasts pairs the richness of strong materials, such as oak and porcelain, with the sophistication of contemporary silhouettes. “The goal was to create a sense of indulgence and comfort, making every moment spent in the homea truly memorable one,” says Lee. By enlivening a once-predominantly white colour scheme with muted hues and tactile textures, Lee was able to impart a characterful countenance that still feels comfortable. She relied on subtle details to ensure this is a residence infused with softness. “The carefully placed and concealed LED light strips throughout create a gentle and ambient illumination,” says Lee. “They conjure a warm ambiance, while adding a touch of modernity.” Further finishes include a Shaker feature wall in the living room. It extends seamlessly to the room’s double-height ceiling, adding an element of continuity and establishing a connection with the primary ensuite’s wood panelling. “This integration of design elements creates a cohesive and visually appealing atmosphere,” Lee says. The ensuite’s dramatically veined marble-look is carried from the walls to the countertop and even the cabinet doors. “This consistent finish serves as another unifying element, transforming the individual components into a captivating feature wall. It adds an elegant touch to the overall aesthetic of the space.” Pops of black hardware throughout channel that elegance and feel welcoming. Lee says, “The furnishings’ unique characteristics and visual appeal contribute to a sense of continuous luxury – it is now a home that is both bespoke and wonderfully beckoning.”
